Good, comfortable, good for family

A value for money family villa. Close to the city center, easy access especially if you go through the new road. The staff are friendly and helpful. Small notes only wifi is not strong enough to reach the 2nd floor and hot water in the bathroom on the 1st floor which seems to need to be checked again the water heater setting.

This is a kind of villa concept housing for rent. Comfortable feels like being at home. There is a sofa, carpet, refrigerator, dining table, front and back balcony chairs, kitchen with its equipment, smart TV and wifi. I happened to get a 2 bedroom house no B24, the facilities are really good from the room, sheets, prayer mats, clean sarongs, cold and hot water bathrooms, soap, clean and fragrant towels. From check in to check out the staff is helpful, even in the morning I had time to chat and ask if there were any obstacles, input and so on for Alana, I can also ask about recommended tours, + given a snack gift of white bread, ceres don't forget the butter and that makes customers feel prioritized. The air temperature around is cool, if it's midnight towards dawn it reaches 16 degrees. Around there are many pine trees shaded by small birds, plus the cool breeze, makes it very relaxing. If there is anything to suggest, maybe it's just that the door handle needs to be tightened and the bolts are tightened + the key hole lubricated and the broom needs to be given one with dragon-like plastic bristles so it's better when carrying children, sometimes food crumbs fall out. Several traders come in so don't worry about being hungry. Oh yes, if you come across a mother selling yellow rice in the morning, you have to buy it, it's really delicious

The house is nice but dirty and dirty. The bathroom smells, the drain is clogged, the stairs are dusty. Hopefully it can be improved because unfortunately the building is very good.

+ The location is not far from the city. + The villa is quite spacious & comfortable, suitable for families. rice cooker, stove, electric kettle, cutlery, etc. + quite clean. + the price is cheap. - the ceramic toilet is a slippery type, maybe you can add an anti-slip base so it's not dangerous. - mattress, pillow & bed cover it's pretty tired. It can still be used, but it's just not good, it's best to replace it with a new one. - Complete amenities are not provided, only towels & bath soap. But it's okay. - Coffee & tea aren't provided, but that's okay, that's okay too. - The shower & stove don't work, maybe you could check & fix them before guests arrive. - The receptionist is rarely around 😂 At first I was confused I also want to check in & check out, luckily there is a security guard. But again, remember, this villa is cheap for the price in Garut, which is mostly expensive, so if you don't have any problems with (-) then it's okay to stay here.

The location is in Green Hills, quiet, comfortable & safe with CCTV and hotel security. The staff are very friendly & very helpful. I stayed in villa a016 above, only had a bit of a problem with the water heater not working smoothly. Because from the time we arrived at night until tomorrow before checking out we couldn't take a hot shower. And Mr. Iwan from the Alana Garden staff came to help and offered to take a shower in the next room, but it was still the same, next door the hot water didn't come out, only cold water. Quite cold because the water is too cold. And the room I was in had a slight odor coming from the toilet, maybe an expert could be called in to quickly resolve the source of the smell. And the bathroom door handle can be reinstalled, because when I entered it was already damaged so the bathroom couldn't be closed tightly. But don't give up on going back to stay there again, because it is very comfortable for rest and holiday. Don't be afraid that it will be difficult to find food, because there are indeed some who can sell inside the Green Hills complex. Thank you, Mr. Herdy, security at Alana Farmhouse, who was very helpful & Mr. Iwan, the team from Alana Garden, who quickly came to visit us because there was a little problem regarding our water heater. Hopefully as soon as possible we can come back to Alana Farmhouse/Alana Gardenia Syariah. FYI: Those who want to stay here must be a legal couple with ID cards at the same address/show a marriage certificate if necessary. Because this is sharia. Because we ordered a family, so we got one house. The unit is really homely🥰 it can really be used for family holidays, and the cooking utensils and eating utensils can also be used. The staff are friendly, helpful & kind. For those who want to stay overnight, you can bring toiletries, because here only 2 towels and soap are provided. The wifi is fast & there are lots of people selling in front of the unit, so you don't need to be tired of going out. The atmosphere is quite cool, my rating is 9/10, maybe I will come back again if there is a family event & I will bring them. The only downside is that it's really noisy from the neighbors. Because maybe when we go there we will find noisy renters. So the space is not tight enough for the main bedroom🥹.

Not far from culinary places and souvenir places. A comfortable place because it is a house to live in. Fast service. Clean place. Room contents, such as mattresses and bolsters need to be replaced so that guests are comfortable, including beds that make noise because they are not comfortable. The driveway is narrow and the location directions are not visible from the road.

Baru tau ada konsep pesenan harga 1 kamar. Mana ada orang mau liburan masuk rumah isinya ada 2 kamar tapi 1 kamar yang disewakan dalam 1 rumah. 1 kamar lagi orang lain. Konsep apaan orang liburan butuh privasi. Dalam 1 rumah 1 kamar bisa sama orang lain kalau kita booking yang harga 1 kamar. Kalau mau harga udah 1 unit lantai rumah. Jangan ngejebak konsumen dengan harga per kamar dalam 1 rumah bisa diisi orang lain. Mana ada konsep seperti itu. Kita sama istri. 1 kamar lagi bisa disewa orang lain. Harga ngejebak atau apa?

First came the long check in. Back again, the clerk asked whether he had paid or not. Hmm, why don't you check from the online agent? Then at 00.30 the electricity went out. Ouch. In the room, just the bed. Slippers, toothbrush, no. At a cheap price, yes. There's just soap. Thankfully there is hot water for bathing, the TV is still ok. The shower isn't working properly, it's leaking, why can't it be fixed, even though the boss definitely has a handyman. It's a shame it's a waste of water, so using a bucket is even more wasteful of water. There is no tissue, just a place. By the way, the mattress smells musty.
