The food was good , it was a blink of an eye if you are going to the mall , good ambience but the room kinda small, i was confused where i have to put my luggages

Overall the services was excellent, except breakfast menu not much choises, however the taste acceptable. Perfect locations, so many tenant in beachwalk, you just walk accross the street to get Kuta beach.

The cleanliness of the room is maintained, always cleaned even when checking out, the staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, only the breakfast area is not spacious enough and the menu is not varied enough.

As a solo traveller I feel safe, bedroom and bathroom clean all facilities in the room are cleaned and well maintained, the friendly and proffesional staff, please keep it up.

First time staying here, rented 2 rooms. The location of the hotel is very good, I really like it's close to everywhere, more importantly near Kuta beach and the location of the hotel is around the mall. The only drawback is when checking in around 5 pm, room 1 was not ready.

Because the hotel is in the same area as the beachwalk, it makes it easy to access to feast your eyes on the nearby beach or other destinations very easily, if you want to eat, there is also a food court above, you won't regret it. Stay at Yello Beachwalk Kuta

I chose to stay at Yello Hotel because of its strategic location, easy access to anywhere, many choices of places to eat, places to drink coffee and others. Going downstairs is also directly to Beachwalk Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, bright lighting, there is a TV but no refrigerator (I don't know if this is because I chose Yello room only or it is the hotel's policy), drinking water is available with 2 bottles that can be refilled, the water can be taken outside the room in the corridor near the room there is a gallon of water and a dispenser. The bathroom is also clean, there are 2 towels and 2 small towels for foot mats. There are clothes hangers and one thing I like the most is that there is a large mirror near the entrance, it is very helpful for seeing the overall appearance.

The room is clean and suitable for a holiday stay.
