Have stayed here many times, never disappoints.

First time staying here. This room type is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, and the food is delicious. The only thing lacking is the Wi-Fi. Next time I want to stay here again and try a different room, hehe. Hopefully the Wi-Fi will be improved, because the signal is also not very good inside the building.

This is my second stay. The staff, from the lobby to the swimming pool, are all friendly and polite. Every area is exceptionally clean; nothing disappoints. We'll be back next time.

Good experience, comfortable hotel room

We’re here for transit, it was good. The only weird thing is we cannot use hotel slippers outside our room. Food was great, so many options and great taste that my stomach can't handle it. Pool and gym was incredible, room was clean.

I'd return to this hotel for its comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, ofuro, and sauna. The ofuro is comfortable and relaxing. However, it's a bit far from the city center, and access options from Jakarta are limited.

Check-in and check-out are slow, and the 500,000 IDR deposit must be paid in cash. Transfers take 14 business days to receive a refund.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has delicious food, and the hotel staff is also kind, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you.

This is my first time here, I didn't expect the hotel to be this good, clean, fragrant, the view at night is beautiful and the staff are kind and friendly.

Comfortable and great hotel, friendly staff

The staff are friendly and nice, the place is comfortable.

Friendly and professional staff, rooms & hallways smell good and clean. Clean pillows, safe for children. The original swimming pool is as per the photo, clean, comfortable and not deep, safe for children, there is a jacuzzi, the view can see woosh passing by 😁, there is also a kids playground, get a welcome drink of delicious herbal tea and durian dessert. The breakfast buffet also has many choices, quite delicious. The only downside is that you only get 1 guest card, usually staying at other hotels you get 2, so if one wants to go down, the other one is not complicated/power outage when the card is taken. Also, the deposit of 500k is too big even though it will be returned anyway. Especially the CS officer who was on duty giving towels (it was afternoon) asked how many people were swimming, then asked if there were additional beds in the room or not, so it made me worry whether if more than 2 people were swimming in 1 room they would be charged 😅 but the officer in the morning was okay. But overall, it was a pleasant stay here for the price.

Always a happy stay at Nuanza Cikarang. A comfortable vacation with family.

This is the first time I stay at Nuanza hotel, it looks like a big hotel with a large parking lot. The lobby was so modern, clean, and very spacious. The reception is very helpful and informative, thanks to Ms. Iren. Fast check-in, the room was large, clean, and full with amenities and facilities like a hairdryer and ironing for clothes. There is a mini-fridge and minibar if you need it, and a large wardrobe, etc. that I love.

Overall, it's good, comfortable, and has complete facilities. I'll be back again...

Cool, a 7-star hotel in Cikarang with fast access and very orderly SOPs, really great.

Everything was okay... But I don't think the welcome drink was necessary. The restaurant/cafe staff had a really grumpy face. Was it because they thought we wanted something free? Even paying for tea was affordable. Oh yeah, and the directions to the hotel were a bit confusing. If it's a 5-star hotel, the room should have carpet, so your feet won't get cold.

It's no loss to stay here because everything is as described.
