Polite and friendly staff. Transparent price, correct price booked in advance, no unreasonable additional costs. Check-in room is neat, clean, fully equipped. Reasonable arrangement of items, optimizing space even though the room is not very big. I appreciate the fact that the TV has internet connection and can be used. Although the road to the hotel is quite wild and winding, it is quiet, not disturbing the rest time. Overall, the experience is good and satisfactory. - Small minus point: when I searched for hotels around Global city, Traveloka's map showed that this hotel was only 3-4km away from the location, so I chose it, but the actual map when I arrived was nearly 6km from Global city, so traveling was quite time-consuming.
