Strategic location, comfortable & clean rooms. Overall, it's great.

Everything is okay except the wifi is still lacking, the sheets, blankets, towels and pillow cases are dirty.

Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are quite clean

This is the 2nd time staying here. Special order was executed well. Wifi is very good. Hot water is still ok

Comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, close to Solo Square Mall and Manahan Solo Stadium. The AC is cold, the room is clean and comfortable. Maybe the towels can be replaced with new ones because they still have a smell. But it can be overcome by bringing your own towels, overall this accommodation is very comfortable

What needs to be fixed: 1. The wifi network is really bad, using tethering from a t*sel provider cellphone is really difficult in the room. 2. The towels are like doormats. 3. The water in the sink faucet smells really bad, like human poop 🤮.

The location is good but access to the hotel is easy and close to the main road. The staff are responsive and it is quite clean, the environment is calm and friendly. Parking is large enough for 8-9 cars to park.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff. The downside is that you get towels that are dull even though they are clean. Maybe you can find out how to make the towels less dull so they don't look dirty. The location is good because it is near the mall and the main road but is still a little bit into the alley so there is no noise from passing vehicles. Unfortunately, if you want to find breakfast, it's a bit difficult, you have to walk quite a distance. There is no restaurant available at the guesthouse. At night there are wedangan, chicken pecel and soto which taste delicious and cheap in front of the guest house.

For me, what's important is that the room is clean and the staff is friendly and safe.

Buat hotel di bawah 200k ini worth it bgt, kamar bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih, utility juga bersih. Sampai jam 1 malam saya sudah telfon sebelumnya sih masih aman kamarnya. Untuk kembali nginap disini oke bgt.

Cukup nyaman, meskipun banyak nyamuk dan ada kecoak. Tapi setelah minta pembasmi serangga, petugasnya dengan petugas yang gercep, serangganya minggat semua. AC dingin, debit air panasnya kecil. Parkiran luas. Sepadan dengan harganya.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Very friendly service, good facilities for that price. Main recommendation.

S = overall bagus, kamar bagus untuk ukuran guest house nyaman banget. Tapi aku pesan 2 kamar, 1 kamar AC nya panas. Trus aku pesan kamar lantai bawah karena ada orang tua gak bisa naik tangga, sudah tulis di notes dan konfirmasi 2x lewat WA admin guest house nya langsung juga katanya bisa dan menyanggupi. Tapi pas check in katanya full untuk kost adanya lantai atas aja. Sangat kecewa disitu aja karena gak konsisten.

The highest rating but how come the towels are dull and rough, wake up in the middle of the night. Because of the noise from outside, the room is nice, clean, the AC is cold, but it's not soundproof. It didn't meet expectations, so I moved to a hotel. It's different, it's even worse.

Overall really worth it. Cheap, clean and tidy. Only the KTP has to be left with the receptionist, so it's a bit complicated if there are other things that require an KTP.
