Recommended for those staying and wanting to walk around Malioboro

overall still worth it

pocket-friendly price, walking distance to 0 KM Jogjakarta, Malioboro, Keraton, Alun2 Trisuaka, souvenir center, to the bakpia factory, comfortable, quiet, a bit in an alley but in the city center, thank God I've been to Jogja twice, February 2025 and May 2025, here again #ngadiwinatan alleyway

Overall I like this place. Plus : - Clean room, big fan - Big & soft bed - Location close to 0 kilometer point - Close to food & minimarket - Outside bathroom but clean Minus : - The entrance to the alley is very small, only fits 1-2 motorbikes - Some of the bathroom doors are broken - If there was a reception desk + bell, it would be more comfortable. Honestly, it's a bit awkward to check in or out, because it's indoors.

Friendly staff, with that price it is very worth it. Located in a strategic location.

With the cheap price during high season, I think it is very worth it as a place to rest even though the location is in an alley.

Stayed 2 nights at this homestay, comfortable, clean, close to 0 KM of Jogja, close to Pasar Ngasem, to Malioboro but a bit far so the atmosphere is calm. Thank you.

the place is comfortable, the room is also comfortable, the bedsheets are fragrant, the bathroom is also clean, drinking water is also provided, the location is also close to point 0 and close to Malioboro, but unfortunately yesterday when I arrived I had to wait for the guy to finish taking a shower even though I was really tired and wanted to rest quickly so I waited at the dining table, but for the rest it's really okay, this location is in an alley so it can't be accessed by car, only 1 motorbike can access it.

The price is affordable for backpackers, very close to Malioboro. There is a kitchen for cooking. Outside bathroom. There is plenty of water. The guard is friendly. Not bad for a low budget trip to Jogja

The location is good, close to here and there, very close to Malioboro, hot and cold drinking water, clean place.

The inn is empty, there are no people around the inn, call, shout, knock, knock. No one is empty.

Dirty room, dusty floor, lots of mosquitoes, no lock, shower won't turn off, very hot and outside the room there is cat litter! Booked 3 nights but ended up unable to be occupied. Contacted cs asking for a reimbursement but couldn't because they said it matched the description, even though there was no description if it was this dirty! Very sorry. Do not really recommend staying here.

We didn't stay there, because the conditions were very different from the description, smelly, dirty, messy.

The place is nice, quite clean, the location is also strategic even though it's a bit into an alley, the service is also fast.

The four of us really enjoyed the trip plus the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a strategic location plus the service was polite, friendly and welcoming. Really worth it!
