Housekeeping was great facilities were great. It's on top of a shopping mall so loads to do and eat. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

There should be more variety in terms of international cuisine. The floor was wet between the wardrobe and the bed which I reported about but nothing was done. I had to put a towel on the floor. I also told about it during my checking out.

This was by far the best DoubleTree by Hilton I've ever stayed at. A huge thank you to Safire and Ulas for their outstanding hospitality - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From their warm welcome to accommodating my late check-out, everything was handled with such care. The next day, I enjoyed lunch downstairs - the fruit was incredibly fresh (maybe because everything in this country is organic!) and my sandwich with fries was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Safire for the kind words and late check-out, and to Ulas for the room upgrade along with the complimentary drinks and snacks. Your service truly made my stay memorable. I'll definitely be coming back!

Good place to stay

Best place for shopping and lobby was clean quote and a great place to work

They charge 3500 tl which is almost 100$ for some chocolate and couple drinks, they already put them im the room refrigerator and they should be free as a guest property, they did robbery, didn’t tell we have to pay for it while we arrived at the front desk
