The Kempinski Palace is a world class resort in the small charming town of Engelberg at Mt Titlis. The staff are amazing professionals. The food is excellent. The spa on the top of the hotel is as nice as I have ever seen. We loved our time there and will return to stay even longer.

Basically perfect!

I did not like them because they charged me twice and they think that i will not recognize!! Also there food and restaurant are way below the average.

Super peaceful, clean and welcoming. Gorgeous views and comfy beds. Even the pull-out sofa bed was cozy! Only negative was the in-room breakfast portions were tiny for the price.

The pinnacle of Swiss mountain luxury. We stayed in six different hotels over a 10 day trip across the country, and without a doubt, this was the most luxurious. Be sure to make time for the spa and pool.

Beautiful property with the most spectacular views and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a great kids club where Katalina was amazing with our son. Everything is very walkable and the nature around the hotel is indescribable. If you are into playing golf the Engelberg golf course is a must play

Beautiful location with an incredible view. The staff were amazing and so supportive. We had everything at our disposal and loved our stay at this wonderful hotel.

Very nice hotel overall, clean large rooms, very modern. Nice views, comfortable beds, everything in the room as you expect from Kempinski. A bit inconsistent when it comes to service. Reception promised to find more info about fishing, but never replied. Request to bring a pillow (our missed the pillow case) never completed, only next day. Dinner service very messy, big delay, desserts menu never served when asked for twice. Breakfast is good however, large selection and tasty.

Building as beautiful as the setting. Very high standards but staff create a relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere. Exceptional rooms and breakfast, bed probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Fabulous hotel.

Beautiful and super clean resort. The spa was amazing, the service was spectacular and the views were to die for! Everyone was so nice and accommodating.

Gorgeous property with fantastic staff

We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. The location is really convenient, for being both just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and access to the mountains, and the fact that it's also just a few minutes walk from the train station. We stayed in the corner Belle Epoque Room in the original part of the hotel, and was surprised how spacious and well laid out it was; from the photo, it looks a little compact which did originally concern me a little when I booked, but it isn't the case at all. The view out of the 3 balconies in the room and the one from the bathroom was fantastic and great to wake up to in the mornings. We didn't dine at the hotel in the evening, but breakfast offered plenty of choices, all fresh and all well laid out which set up us nicely for the day. The spa was also great to be able to unwind after a day exploring the mountains. The need to ditch bathing gear in the steam/sauna rooms is something to note for travellers not used to it, but it's normal here and towels are plenty at hand. A lovely, lovely hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Gorgeous spa, wonderful massage, great service, and the whole room was spot on. The bed was super comfortable and the added bonus of a pillow menu - wow - we slept so well!
