Would not stay again the bathrooms were very dirty and not cleaned properly also the pool was old and floor was lifting and strong heavily chlorine smell

They offer free breakfast and it is Very good. Room was comfortable and clean

The bathroom lacks cleanliness, especially the shower in the partitions, the tile and the doors.

Very private and reserved area -parking feels.safe and staff is super friendly ...the comllimentary coffee was always.cold -they have a nice setup table for coffee but coffee was always cold ...price feels high for the area

This hotel is rude, they don't respond to your messages at all. I accidentally booked in Tijuana instead of Otay Mesa and they wouldn't help me at all. The Otay Mesa Hilton called them to see if they'd do a refund for me and nope, against their policy. Don't stay here and furthermore make sure you're not trying to book in US and it shows you this location which is inside Mexico!

Every aspect of our stay was superb!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was really comfortable. We both had an incredible night of sleep. The hotel breakfast the next morning was wonderful and the hotel cab took us to the airport first thing. Fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this hotel!

I showered & took a towel to dry myself. The towel smell like man lotion. It was sich an unpleasant feeling. I believe what happened is that the cleaning people didn't see it dirty & decided to put it back on. Its a shame since its such a nice hotel.
