Kondisi kamar kurang diperhatikan. TV tanpa saluran stasuin yang aktif. Rembesan air dari kamar mandi. Pipa pembuangan wastafel bocor parah sehingga kena kaki saat menggunakannya. Aliran air terputus-putus. Bikin khawatir saat mau bebersih BAB atau pas mandi sedang sabunan dan shampoan. Wifi juga tidak meliputi semua kamar. Kamar saya gak masuk jangkauan wifi.

I asked for a lighter toilet light because the toilet was dark but it wasn't served until 12 at night, I finally checked out at 12 that night. the service is also very bad and unprofessional.

Mohon maaf ke pihak hotel tapi tolong diperbaiki untuk fasilitasnya, terutama toiletnya. Saya menginap di family room, tidak disediakan handuk sabun dan sebagainya. Kamar juga bau apek. Sayang sekali padahal kalau dirawat pasti banyak yang mampir.

Sangat Sangat Kecewa. 1. Harga tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. 2. Kamar jorok, berdebu, bau. 3. Flafon yang hampir jatuh dan ada tetesan air yang terus menerus menetes. 4. Tv tidak ada. 5. Kamar mandi bau, tidak ada sabun, tidak ada shampo, tidak ada handuk, air mati, kalo nyala pun kecil, pas di pakai mandi bisa mati mati gitu kan jadi repot nunggu lagi. 6. Pelayanan kurang baik, ketika ada komplain pihak penginapan cuek. Saran: bagus tutup untuk sementara penginapannya, renovasi dulu, kasihan pelanggan yang butuh istirahat, cari kenyamanan malah terpaksa harus masuk dan istirahat dengan kondisi seperti itu.

Air kecil. Ga ada sabun. Ga ada handuk. Tv mati. Lantai pecah.

Saya sudah bookingkan sodara, karena ga ada KTP asli saya dari pihak hotel membatalkan padahal sudah transfer. Jadi harus bayar ulang.

Kamar bagus dan besar, cuma sayang air nya kecil, TV kacau, gambar tak ada cuma suara aja.
