Big room, clean, friendly staff.

The staff were flirtatious, the room was dirty, the sheets and blankets were dirty, the bathroom was yellow like it had never been cleaned, and the bathroom door was broken.

The staff was very friendly and helped me during check-in.

Unfortunately, the room was at the end of the room with no view. The room was large, but it could use more lights to brighten it up.

Looking for a cheap TikTok hotel promo, I tried Yunna Express. I didn't expect to get a cheap, spacious room. The Superior room has twin single beds combined, but it turned out to be huge. The bathroom is wide and has hot water. Oh my God, thank you for this. Even better, there's a space for a work desk, which can also be used for prayer, wide and with wide windows. The AC is shivering. It's not luxurious but comfortable and clean. It feels very homey, like being in your own room. The Superior room is large, because recently I got a deluxe room at another hotel that was small, much lower than this. It's recommended even though it's a bit far from Teluk. As for food, I didn't get breakfast because the promo probably doesn't include food.

Delicious, comfortable, worth the price

The staff was unfriendly, uncommunicative and there was no welcome greeting when checking in, I was only given a room key and then asked to find the room myself. The floor of the room and bathroom was wet as if it had just been cleaned. Even though I checked in at 19.30 in room 114 on August 16, 2025, the room floor was still damp until the morning I checked out, sticky on my feet as if there was a floor cleaner that wasn't clean on the mop. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, maybe because the hotel is around 200 thousand. There were no tissues on the room table.

the bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious, the TV is not a SmartTV or AndroidTV so yeah, it only broadcasts local TV. the amenities are quite complete, it's just a shame the towels don't absorb water.. the water is strong, the hot water is also okay, it doesn't take long to get hot, the parking lot is very spacious even though the gate is never closed but there are people guarding it at night.. for this price, the hotel is really okay..

For the price of 270,000, this hotel is really good, recommended, quite comfortable for resting. It's just that the mat and guest towels seem to need to be replaced with new ones.
