This is the 3rd time I stay here. Very strategic location, very clean, and comfortable

Late-night check-in was extremely uncomfortable. There was no lobby, no receptionist, or staff to help or ask questions. The overall experience was less than pleasant.

Not according to the photo!! just sat on the bed for 10 minutes, my husband and I decided to move to another hotel, disappointed, very not recommended, the hotel is very dark, very minimal lighting, very dirty, no receptionist!! only confirmed on WA then told to go upstairs and told the room number and access code. very dirty!!!! the room is not soundproof, and the air circulation is not good.

Overall is good. Only the gallon and electric kettle are a bit dirty

next time definitely come here again recommended for those who stay for a few days. the process is not complicated the communication of the hotel service staff is good. the price is also not too expensive, but not cheap either..

The hotel room is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the hotel area is also clean. There is no receptionist, so later you just WA the cellphone number on the wall of the hotel stairs because the lock uses a pin. Next to the bedroom is a window with a view of the city and mountains. The hotel is really nice, especially the executive room

first time to a capsule-like accommodation, hilarious, thought I was sleeping in a cupboard, it was fun... thankful for the test being close by...

The hotel has no receptionist so when we first entered we were confused and ended up looking for our own room and had to contact the hotel again. Finally the room password was given via WA chat, the room was okay and comfortable but I think the password is not very safe, the bathroom is creepy and scary maybe because it is made of iron (already rusty) and the color is not bright enough so that the bathroom looks dark.

There is no one manning the reception, the bathroom looks like it is no longer fit for use, it looks like a building that is no longer in operation!

The room is very comfortable and nice for resting, the AC is cold, there is a place to charge, basically it is comfortable.

I have my staffs stay here for short rest, they said its very convenience have guidance in WA apps and direct can rest.

I understand that self check in is only supposed to be given directly after booking, give a code, etc. because there is no FO samsek. Can you please repair the cabin when the door has fallen off? The bathroom is really really dirty! It's not safe because there are no access keys on each floor so everyone can go up. Even though the cabin has a smart lock, the cabin door doesn't have a lock.

It's really good, you can check in yourself, you don't need to bother checking out yourself.

Self check in, go straight in and suddenly have to ask for instructions. It's true that self check in is true, but for those who have never tried it, don't regret choosing here. for the facilities, please improve the sanitary facilities of the bathroom until the door is broken. for the heater okay.. please explain when you want to enter.. except the theme of the hotel is dark. the room is okay, keep it

Location's great. Facility was so limited, no mirror at all, there's only 1 towel, and when we asked the staff to give us additional towel, they said all the towel was wet and only 1 towel for 1 room. We asked them why, because the standard for every hotel or room should have 2 towels, they didn't response. Also, the sink in bathroom is all rusted. Overall we don't recommend this hotel.
