This villa has 2 floors, the ground floor is for guests & the upper floor is for the homeowner, the condition of the villa is very well maintained & clean, there is no air conditioning in the room, but it is still cool because Batu City is cold, the atmosphere of the house is very child-friendly, the living room is very spacious, there is a smart TV in the room, smooth wifi-fast access, netflix subscription, hot water works well, the location is very strategic (near jatim park 1,2,3, alun², lippo plaza), access for gofood, grab food, & shopee food drivers is also easy to find the address of the house, thank you for your hospitality ^-^.
