Suddenly told that the room was not available for use when I checked in. I was thrown here and there for the check-in process. Even waiting for a very long time, the admin was very unresponsive and slow to respond, even indifferently saying that the room was not available (????) and asked me to just process a refund. Traveloka please curate its business partners again, besides harming customers, this also harms you as partners. With a deadline where I have to find a new hotel and with more costs because the money I have paid does not know when it will be returned because after 1 day the refund process that I submitted still has the status "in process because waiting for feedback from the hotel". Very disappointing!

I actually never give a rating to any hotel during my stay, but this one is really bad. The check-in process was long, almost an hour without any response, when I entered the room there were no towels, no soap, only a toothbrush, the wifi didn't work, the reason was that there was a problem, moving rooms couldn't either, the reason was that all the rooms didn't have wifi, even though I had stayed here before. The check-out process was even longer, more than 1 hour, it took a lot of time, people were in a hurry, bad service.

Customers are made to wait up to 1 hour, customer chats and messages are always ignored and they don't even respond to chats and messages.

Please never check in at Fortune 88. Please, regret it.

The check-in process was very long, I waited for about 2 hours. The service was very lacking, unlike other agents. For cleanliness, this is the worst! Cockroaches everywhere, there are dozens of cockroaches roaming around the room. The room is also smelly and damp. Just stay here once.

The toilet flush needs to be repaired, it's broken

You have to be mentally prepared to stay here, don't imagine a hotel because there is no receptionist here, the check in & check out process takes a long time. Right in front of the room is an empty room filled with garbage. When you get to the room, the aroma is musty and unpleasant, there is cigarette ash.
