The hotel staff service is good and very friendly and check in time is very fast without any fuss and offers us whether or not to be taken to the airport when we want to go home and it turns out that when we go home we are taken to the airport for free and the cleanliness of the hotel is clean and the food order service in the room is also very good and very friendly and the order does not take long for the food to be delivered to the room and the breakfast is also a lot of delicious food that I like the most is the bakpia is very delicious there are meat flavors, green beans and kaya flavors are very delicious and the staff serves us to eat in a friendly manner so we are not afraid to take food next time I want to stay at the Raia Hotel again. The hotel staff is friendly, the parking is spacious, and the rooms are clean. The toilet floor is very slippery, making it dangerous for older adults to slip.

Overall is very good, they even prepare free shuttle from airport to hotel.

I arriver late at Kuching but when I saw the room, it was really pay off since the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In addition the room service food was really good except the nasi goreng. Overall I will stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Kuching.
