The hotel was clean, friendly, and offered affordable pricing. Front Office staff member Mr. Zaki was particularly helpful. The hotel also assisted me in locating and safeguarding my belongings after check-out, thanks to Ms. Zarah, Reservations. Once again, thank you very much. I will definitely stay here again.

I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come to Kuching.

I arriver late at Kuching but when I saw the room, it was really pay off since the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In addition the room service food was really good except the nasi goreng. Overall I will stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Kuching.

Wherever you go, you have to use transportation because the distance is quite far.

The staff are very helpful. It 's just that if they can extend time for breakfast hour till 11.00 am. My stay there are breakfast included for 2. My mom and I missed the breakfast since I'm not very well that day but overall all the services are great. Will stay this hotel again soon.

Booked the hotel last minute and I must say that I made the right choice! The hotel environment was so nice and I also had the private buffet there with all my staff. The staff at the restaurant there also very nice to me and my staff as well. I will definitely come again! ☺.

Kamar hotel luas. Bersih. Lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan airport. Lobby cukup luas. Breakfast cukup ok. Kolam renang kecil. Menu makanan room service banyak yang out of stock, tetapi rasa makanan cukup enak.

Highly recommended and this is my second stay witg Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Kuching but only for this time there is no shuttle service that send us to the airport. But anyway I have a pleasant stay with Raia Hotel and manage to get to the airport on time.
