Quite satisfying... Recommended for families who want to go to Pangandaran beach.

Affordable, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, close to the beach, and close to other tourist attractions. It's addictive and will make you want to stay again.

The hotel is nice, close to the beach, the food is okay, the parking is spacious, worth the price, recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was varied and could be improved to make it more delicious. The hotel was clean, and the pool was also clean. There was no hairdryer, so you had to ask for one.

So far, it is highly approved as a comfortable and family-friendly hotel🤍

we stayed at this hotel for the second day, the hotel staff was friendly because we were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier, in the lobby area there is a We Drink so the kids can buy ice cream. for breakfast the menu is varied but unfortunately the staff did not move quickly to take the dirty plates so they piled up on the dining table. the swimming pool is nice, the kids were happy playing in the water.

the hotel staff is friendly, the interior of the room is good, the cleanliness of the room is okay, only the same for the TV, it can't access the internet for free and the wifi doesn't appear either. for bathroom equipment it's okay, it's just that the water under the sink stagnates so it looks muddy. for breakfast we have a choice of menus that can be changed every day, also provided snacks and others at the time of breakfast delivery.

Every time we go to Pangandaran, we always choose Long Beach Hotel, easy access, close to sunset, the hotel is kids friendly, the kids are happy swimming in the aesthetic pool.

I stayed there because I was attracted by the good reviews, I took a family room because there were 5 of us, the room was clean, comfortable, the bed was spacious, the AC was cold, I got it on the 5th floor with a pretty good view, the staff was responsive & friendly, the food in the restaurant was also delicious with an economical price, the shortcomings were probably on the TV channels which were less varied, the swimming pool water was green not blue/clear like in the photo and there was too much chlorine & the wifi was unstable in the room, if these suggestions could be improved I think it would improve the stay experience even better, the hotel's position is on the edge of the west coast road but not a busy location, but quite strategic, quite satisfied & enjoyable to stay there, thank you.

We ordered 3 new junior suite rooms via Traveloka... when we confirmed with the hotel, the response was satisfactory... on the day we arrived at 12... and after we checked in... the hotel immediately prepared the room so that we could enter even though it was not check in time and that made you impressed with the hotel's service.

At first I was hesitant because of the reviews but so far when I arrived the staff were friendly the restaurant the food was delicious the swimming pool was clean the rooms were minus there was no refrigerator but everything was okay the AC took a bit of time to cool down but everything was good if I was asked to stay here again I really wanted to only the distance to the west beach which can be used for swimming is a bit far let alone to the east beach you have to use a vehicle, but the hotel is very comfortable thank you my family and I enjoyed staying here
