An architectural gem with lovely wooden rooms and well-designed spaces. Quite ethereal looking from your window into the treetops with the mist drifting past. Attentive staff, interesting menus, and a hot water bottle for your bed!

This resort built materials almost old wood with natural architectural design. The landscape is perfect. Have spacy room and all amenities provided. Dinner & Breakfast are great taste. All staffs are very helpful also kind and polite. I'll come back, someday

Very relaxing experience during my stay here, the staff were very amazing. However, there were quite a lot of insects, which can be a bit of a bother for your relaxation.

From the lobby to the room is quite far, there are many stairs, not suitable for pregnant women and the elderly. But the price is worth it for all the facilities

We recently stayed at Tira Vilagna Suites in the Kintamani mountain area and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is beautiful and offers a serene environment, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy the stunning mountain views. However, I did feel that the hotel could improve in a few areas. Firstly, there wasn't enough clear information on how to use the lift from the lobby. A simple guide or sign would be helpful for guests unfamiliar with the layout. Additionally, while there is a piano available, it was unfortunate that it wasn't being played, and I thought a karaoke room would be a great addition to liven up the atmosphere. An Android TV in the rooms could also be a nice touch to enhance the guest experience. That said, I appreciated the efforts of the staff, and I'm sure these small improvements will make future stays even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to returning!

Very quiet place, typical forest sounds. Really relaxed and comfortable. The food is delicious and the ingredients are fresh, the fried bananas are a winner, the staff are friendly, thank you. Great experience

The place is so nice, you can spend hours at the cafe area. The place is designed for those who have strong legs as there are lots of stairs to the rooms😁, but it's still a very nice place to stay at. The weather is nice, not hot and cold enough. The room is nice and clean. The food is good… Overall, me and my family are very satisfied with everything.

The villa is tranquil and calm. It is highly recommended to those who'd like a quiet retreat in the midst of nature. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. There is a spa facility as well. There's also a meeting room that can probably seat 15-20 people, if you need such a facility.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was super fine, the staff was very helpful and friendly. This is the place for you for a retreat. No AC, no TV needed. You can chill in so many spots here; Next to the koi, or at the bar, or at the balcony—all has great views. The food was also amazing. 10/10 will recommend you to stay here. Pro tip: better to reach the place before sunset because the road is dark (but OK) and if you go too late, the fog will blur your vision (but understandable before it's technically in the forest)
