Very memorable stay at this hotel

I hope it can be improved in the future 🙏🏻

arrived here at 11 o'clock at night but there were still guards at the reception and there were also security guards in front, when checking in it was fast and only one identity was held, there were no additional costs. for the room, it was spacious for a price below 300, the bathroom was clean, the water was smooth, the water heater could be used, the AC was cold, the TV was on, water, coffee sachets and tea were provided too. soap, toothbrush and towels were also provided, basically it was good, not disappointing. for breakfast it was also a buffet system so we could take it ourselves as much as we wanted if we ordered a room that included breakfast

The location is strategic on the main road, and next to it there is a gas station so it's safe if you run out of gas, the food is quite delicious, but the floor is not very clean, there is a lot of dirty dust. Please improve it again

Hotel is ok, breakfast could be more varied.

The service is friendly, but the Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor cannot connect, the cleanliness of the bed needs more attention because there are lots of stains (there are ants on the bed), and the towels have changed color so they look dirty.

Good Place to stay in Serang, but quite far to city center and no choice of food (only at Hotel available)

Good food, fairly standard variety, spacious rooms, just a bit far from town.

The room is quite spacious, the breakfast is quite good, the water heater, the AC is cold, the service is clean, the service is friendly, it is 15 minutes from the city.

The position of the AC is not quite right because it is above the bed so the AC blows directly onto the body.

Hot air conditioner, no freonnya .. sleep rich in the sauna, hot, slept on the floor because the air conditioner does not work

Staff is not responsive, Wifi can't connect. Tissues are very minimal. Really.
