I just entered the yard. It seemed like we were the only guests there. On the door there was a sign for guests who came to contact the number listed. There was a big house next door that also seemed empty. My son asked to move from there because the place was quite quiet. Finally turned right and looked for a place to stay in Jogja. For those who like a serene, quiet, deserted atmosphere. Maybe more suitable

The accommodation is worth it, really good. Come straight away and get a welcome drink, in the morning you can also get hot tea and snacks. Everything functions well, the AC is cold, the mattress is hotel standard, the bathroom is clean, the warm water is functioning well. The owner is very friendly, I have ordered food there, it tastes really delicious and cheap, only 15 thousand and the portions are large. Will definitely come back there again after the hustle and bustle of the city!

The room is pretty good. The owner is friendly but the access road is very far into the village. At night, the access road is quite scary. It's also noisy because it's just right until someone is cutting wood. Almost couldn't rest because of the noise. Cars that enter cannot also pass each other. Even though it has been paved, the road is very narrow and steep to get to the inn.

Cool lodging in the middle of the village, the owner is very friendly like his own family giving warm tea and snacks when he arrives and in the morning. My son really enjoys playing with the kids there, chasing cute chickens and cats in the parking lot. What needs to be repaired is that the access facilities are still not paved, the rooms are very comfortable and smell good, the mattresses are clean, the sheets are clean white like star hotels, the bathrooms are clean but a little leaky in the bathroom sink. Maybe dusty cupboards and windows need to be checked every time there are guests. But the rest is all good, God willing, you won't be disappointed staying here. Incredibly friendly owner and very serviced, early in the morning I got hot tea and cake for free even though it's not the same as breakfast, clean, nice place, feels like a 5 star hotel, just delicious pol 👍🏻 cheap but not cheap 💃🏻.

The hospitality then the service is great. The vibe is like when we go home to a place where we haven't seen our simbah for a long time, so we don't just go there as guests, but yeah, we're like siblings, and then there's the sound of crickets, really, really village atmosphere 😃. Don't expect to get breakfast even though I just want to check out at 5 in the morning because of work. Eh, wake up, all of you, while delivering breakfast, delicious and spicy fried rice 😃. Tempatnya strategis dekat dengan desa wisata Kembanglimus dan Gerbang Gajah Kembanglimus. Ke Borobudur hanya 5 menit. Tuan rumahnya ramah, jamuannya enak. Kalau kesini di map cari Gerbang Gajah Kembanglimus. Nanti dari situ tinggal tanya penginapan Nia Maretta. Masuk gang tapi tidak jauh. Bisa liat Bukit Rhema Gereja Ayam juga. Next time pasti kesini lagi. Recommended. Udara sejuk. Warganya pun ramah.

The place is very beautiful, inside hotel facilities, outside the village atmosphere, those who want to heal here are perfect, friendly service, immediately offered coffee tea, snacks are also provided in the morning, all complete, air conditioning, hot water, clean sheets and bed covers, clean towels, tea maker, aqua, toileteries, this is the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in at an affordable price, it's a bit inside, but actually you can walk from the highway, don't trust those who give bad reviews. Hopefully it will be maintained and improved.

I really enjoyed this homestay because of the quiet, rural atmosphere. When you arrive at the homestay, you are greeted with a warm welcome drink by the very friendly family of the homestay owner. When night falls, you are greeted with the sounds of nature which can add to your restful sleep. Then in the morning we were treated to a morning drink and delicious snacks. The situation in the rooms with comfortable accommodation facilities, spacious, clean and not inferior to hotels 5 and highly recommended and suitable for couples who want a quiet, rustic atmosphere.

Had the most pleasant stay in here! Definitely will come again when visiting magelang! We come here after spending 2D 1N hiking and camping at Mount Andong, so our body ache like mad and craving for a nice warm bath! Luckily, there’s water heater in Nia Homestay, with clean towels and neat rack to dry our jackets. The AC works like wonder, the TV and the speaker are in a good condition with decent signal. The host are really friendly, and gives us lots of snacks. The host is also a good cook, so you can order some locals food like nasi rames, the famous fried rice and gudheg. We had the coziest night rest ever, and ready for sun rise at Punthuk Setumbu and many architecture wonder nearby like Borobudur temple and the chicken church! The place is very private, pleasant quiet comfortable

I swear this is not really recommended. A homestay that is really lacking because the access road is really remote, it's still not on asphalt, the homestay looks like it's not for guests, I think it's best to remove this from the application because it's really not recommended. I regret booking at this homestay.
