I got off the map and found that I'd been moved to another hotel. The manager apologized for the location not matching Google Maps. I was forced to pay another Rp 25,000 for a Grab ride to the other hotel. 2. Room 101: The chair was very dirty, with unsightly stains. It would have been better to throw it away rather than make the room look dirty. 3. Room 101 can be opened without a key. This needs to be fixed immediately for guest safety.

The location is very strategic, close to Gejayan and Pakuwon Mall. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. However, it seems there's no daily housekeeping service, as this is an exclusive boarding house (not a hotel). Overall, I'm satisfied, please keep it up.

The staff was friendly. During our stay, the room was neat and clean. However, moss was growing on the walls and toilet. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, but the staff immediately cleared it.
