The room was a bit dusty, and the cleanliness was lacking. The AC was very cold, the TV wouldn't show any channels, and the bathroom door and lock were faulty (there was no key at all). The hotel grounds were also somewhat lacking in cleanliness. The staff and service were quite friendly.

Ample parking for motorbikes and cars. Check-in was quick, and guests were given a pouch containing an access card, amenities, a TV remote, and an AC remote after paying a 100,000 IDR deposit. There's no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. The room wasn't very spacious. There were stains on the bedsheets. The smart TV, AC, shower, and bidet all worked well. There were two towels and one doormat. The floor was quite clean.

I was honestly shocked. The facilities were extremely bad, from the floor to the bathroom facilities, everything was unfit for rent.

Bad experience. Check in at 4 o'clock wasn't possible. Waiting in the lobby took ages.

I initially got a room on the 1st floor, but when I entered it was damp and had a really musty smell and even after opening the window it still smelled so bad that I vomited. As a result, I couldn't stand it and asked to be changed to the 2nd floor because it was better, but sorry, it was still dirty, there were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom walls were black and the toilet, sorry, had traces of defecation that hadn't been cleaned. From the front it looked attractive, but when I entered it turned out the maintenance and cleanliness were lacking, I'm sorry, it's a shame, even though as far as I know this is a new hotel.

For access, it is easy to reach because it is on the roadside of the hotel area, the service is lacking, they say free wifi but no one tells you the wifi password, the room is narrow and does not match the photo, there is no window if you choose a superior room, there is no direction of the Qibla and it is difficult to pray because the room is narrow, the bathroom is moldy, the cellphone plug is difficult to find behind the table and it is closed and must be moved first, the room lighting is lacking, the lighting leading to the room is lacking, the stair area looks dirty and unkempt.

bad! the moment i enter the lobby already smelly. smell like dirty bathrooms but still give it a chance of the room because i already booked it and yes that time i was looking for a cheaper one just for airport transit but boom when i go inside i feel creepy, no wallpaper make it worse even the smell of the room really bad, the sheets not clean either. in less than 20 minutes i go back and want to cancel my stay but sadly i can’t even get a refund! totally bad experience, even the room not worth the money🙂 and no pic because all i want to do just get away from the place!!

You can't go wrong staying here because it's close to everything. Ambiance/Facilities: The rooms are nice and comfortable, with an industrial style. Location: Close to the Kebon Jeruk office complex and major malls.

The hotel looks okay from the outside, but when you enter, the room is very small, with an industrial concept but not very well maintained, even the bathroom has mold. The AC is like a fan. Luckily, it has a Smart TV. And here, you still have to use stairs, there is no elevator.
