The pillow and bolster cases smell and have stains as if they haven't been changed.

The pillowcases were smelly and stained as if they hadn't been changed, and the receptionist wasn't friendly.

The food is delicious, maybe you could add one more menu for dessert. Overall, it's ok.

Comfortable, even though there's not enough hot water, and a home-cooked breakfast. But for resting after coming home from playing at the beach, it feels like home, which is what you're looking for.

The sheets are dirty, the floor and bathroom smell... I'm traumatized by coming here.

the hot water doesn't turn on, so it's just less cold than the cold water but it's still cold 😁 better to bring your own toiletries because the soap is really small.

friendly staff, yesterday I borrowed a kettle and it was given straight away.. usually available in the room, yesterday I also asked for new towels and they were given straight away, the room is cleaned every day, neat and fragrant, refillable drinking water is available.. the only thing lacking is a shower in the room.. stayed 3 days and is my third time here

Been many times staying at this hotel. The room, the pool are kids friendly.

Overall it's good, but make sure before guests enter the room, the condition of the room is clean because there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the pillows smelled sour like they were damp.

Spacious car park, water heater ok, cold AC, amenities available, towels available, cleanliness ok, food can be taken away for those who want to go to Pahawang early in the morning, close to legendary food in Lampung. Friendly security. Thx

For the price of Rp300,000, it's quite good for a vacation or transit. There is a swimming pool, the AC room is not too cold. Spacious parking lot. Breakfast is very simple, only uduk rice, white rice with no chicken, fish, only eggs. The reception staff is friendly. Thank you.

I have been more than 5 times in years staying at the hotel and I want to visit again someday. the hotel is nice, clean and kids friendly.
