A very cool place because it's close to the beach. I booked 7 rooms because I brought my extended family. The staff are all friendly. The food is also delicious. Overall, everything is good.

The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast has many choices, it is delicious and the restaurant is comfortable, spacious, and the view is attractive.

1. The sink water was cloudy/not clear, and the water was also turned off at one point. 2. The sheets and blankets were dirty and had runny nose marks. 3. The swimming pool was large but not cleaned. The water was cloudy/not clear. The pool area was overgrown with weeds and was untidy. 4. During an event at Lat 1, the swimming pool was closed for the duration of the event, claiming maintenance, but the pool was very dirty. 5. The breakfast food was generally not very tasty, lacking in seasoning.

The blanket was not replaced and smelled musty.

Breakfast was lacking, there were blood stains on the sheets (maybe mosquito blood), there were mosquitoes in the room.

Lets start from the plus side, located in front of the Kuta Beach, very beautiful place, wide good street and calm. It is close to the centre as well, where you can find lots of western shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has alot to fix. Cleaness of the room, I mean deep clean please, I found hairs, dust, broken stuffs, smelly water heater dll. The bed is good, but the cleaness of the room bother me alot. Friendly staffs but they need to be trained better. More active and alert to the guess wants and need instead of only playing with their mobile phone all the time. The hotel has big potential, need lot of homework to do.

I came all the way from Bali hoping to get a room with a good view, but instead I got a room in the corner and the view was completely covered by trees.

The breakfast area offered a varied and delicious menu, ranging from local to continental dishes.

simple thing such as soap and shampoo very low quality and dirty, the bathroom shower not well maintaint, the water quality has smell.
