Hotel staff is friendly, there must be a min deposit. 100, clean room, unfortunately there is no WiFi.

Got a room with a non-cold AC, immediately complained and was moved to a room with a great AC. Check-in was fast too. Overall, I slept really well here. The most important thing is that the room is clean, the towels are clean, the sheets are clean. Overall, the cleanliness is good.

Please for female staff be a little bit friendlier and communicative, no matter what, the service is still considered. I ask and complain nicely just hoping to be answered nicely even though what is complained about cannot be fulfilled. Thank you.

This residence is located on the other end of Lippo Karawaci. Though it was a bit far, my stay was quite comfortable. They don't hang towels in the bathroom, but all I needed to do was ask the person on duty. The place is clean and comfortable, although I don't think it has hot water. There were no shampoo and soap available, and the walls had leftover command hooks that made the place look a bit shabby for my taste. Nevertheless, the room was clean and soundproof. It wasn't too noisy when I stayed there, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

Hotelnya si bagus sesuai dengan harga, nyaman juga ada TV AC juga dingin, ada air panas, tapi mungkin buat para staff dan bagian reservasi bisa ramah yah, jutek banget kalau ditanya.
