Room 102 is not soundproof near the pump

Spacious deluxe room, but the soundproofing near the water pump isn't very good, so it's quite disturbing. Wi-Fi signal isn't strong in the back area, and there's a slight shortage of staff during busy times, which can lead to delayed cleaning. The room is pleasant because it's spacious.

The reception mentioned that the in-house restaurant has been closed for 1 year. Can’t order Gojek/grab for food or transport because is a complex area. So, you are forced to use taxi service that hotel has a deal with. None of this was mentioned in the booking information

First time staying in Kuta Mandalika—and I loved it! Totally recommended. For the price, the hotel offers really good facilities. The vibe fits perfectly with the beachy atmosphere. The room was simple but super comfy. The location is great—right in the Kuta Mandalika area and close to the town center. It’s easy to explore the area by renting a scooter. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! 👍

Comfortable stay here, happened to get a room right in front so you can see the beach. The receptionist is only open until 8 pm WITA so after that you can call the night guard he said. The service is good, the facilities are well maintained, the room is clean and ready before 2 pm. The downside is that at night across the hotel it is quite noisy, Akamsi revellers revellers racing motorbikes, maybe because it is on a quiet side, maybe because I happened to stay on a Saturday night, so there are lots of young people from Akamsi showing off. But the hotel service is really good

This budget hotel is located right on the edge of Kuta Mandalika beach. The rooms are quite good for the price. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and Instagrammable. Overall, it's okay and worth it.

For the room size, ambiance and location are very good. Just my input yesterday in the room I occupied the toilet leaked so the bathroom was a bit muddy and the bathroom door could not be locked from the inside and did not close properly unless locked from the outside. Please fix that.

Staying overnight at Birru Inn Mandalika was a pleasant experience—accompanied by the sound of the waves and the calm atmosphere of the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for healing. The staff was super helpful. When the water in the room went out, they immediately helped me. Even after checking out, my camera that I left behind was stored safely and immediately informed me. The service made me calm and memorable. Definitely worth coming back!

Best place in Kuta. And must visit every single holiday!
