The room was overall very good. The location was also great, and the swimming pool was beautiful; you could see all the surrounding buildings in the photos. I loved it. However, there was one thing I didn't understand: around 5-6 am, the air conditioning suddenly stopped working and didn't cool properly. I woke up startled, and then it returned to normal after a while. The door open/close alarm was very loud. I was sleeping in my room around 6 am and it woke me up. This was in another room, not mine. It seems to be very sensitive; it alarmed even after only opening and closing the door for a short time. But overall, this accommodation was excellent. The reception and service from the staff were perfect.

The room was clean and looked nice. There's also a swimming pool. It's very convenient for getting around.

- Excellent value for money. It has a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and parking. The building has a wide view. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, are all very helpful. Importantly, it's close to the beach, a 7-11, and plenty of affordable food options (100-160 baht for a la carte dishes), all within walking distance. - There might be some stains on the curtains and headboard, but they're only noticeable upon close inspection and not unsightly. - The internet connection to the TV was unstable, but the staff were happy to help. - Hot and cold water is available, but only by turning the tap; it's lukewarm, not very hot. I've stayed at three hotels in Pattaya so far, and this one is my favorite. I'll try to stay here every month.

This is a great value room with many amenities. I give it a 9/10 because there's no hot water. Parking is convenient, the rooms are new, and it's close to a convenience store. There are several seafood buffet restaurants a short walk away. It's not crowded on weekdays, making for a relaxing atmosphere.

It's terrible because your communication with the hotel is not established. I'm booking a room for 2 adults and 1 child, but upon arrival at the hotel I find out that I need to pay extra for breakfast for the child and for the bed for the child; otherwise, he can sleep on the floor. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and the front office staff and all the staff members in the building are fantastic. 🙏🏼😊 To the interested ones, go for it.

The room is clean, the price is not expensive, the staff is lovely and friendly, and the breakfast is cheap and is a buffet.

A great, new hotel, a few steps away from Jomtien Beach. My room was very modern with a good air conditioner and especially very clean. The staff is professional, helpful, and so lovely. The very reasonable price for this 4-star hotel makes it an excellent value for money. Next time in Pattaya, I'll be staying here again.
