I am satisfied with the hotel's condition, staff service, and value for money, and the breakfast is also decent! However, the towels are very dirty; they only smell nice because they were laundered but are not clean at all. Replacing the towels is urgent for the sake of the hotel's image. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, though. Recommended for those seeking an introverted healing experience. Close to the beach, good service. Family-friendly, but I think it might get a little boring for young children. There's little entertainment for them.

Comfortable hotel while in Gili Trawangan, satisfactory service, there is Mr. Akbar, Mr. Rian, friendly and responsive, the beach in front of the hotel while watching movies, white sand, bicycle rental, helpful, clean room, lots of pillows, next time I will come back again if I go to Gili, oh yes, the menu is soto sasak jempol

It's 2 km from the harbor, so you'll have to take a horse-drawn carriage. If you like walking, a 2 km walk is still okay. But it's close to the beach club and sunset spot, and away from the crowds, so it's convenient for those who don't like crowded places.

Spending 3 days 2 nights here. Everything from check in until the check out is wonderful. The room [is] ] ] great. [The] ] location [is] ] ] great [and] ] quite far from the center but still OK as Gili [is] ] just a small island. All the staffs are kind too. The variety for the breakfast is not really much, but still OK to start the day. Will recommend to stay here if you want to see the place that you can see [the] ] sunset and if you are looking for [a] ] quiet place.

I arrived before check-in time and the staff was very friendly to help me get an early check-in. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was also okay. The breakfast menu was also quite adequate. Oh yes, the receptionist was also very friendly when I wanted to borrow a beach towel. A small note regarding bicycle rental, so that the bicycles that will be rented to hotel guests should be more selective. Because some of the conditions are not suitable.

Hotel terbaik selama menginap di Gili. Karena rata-rata di Gili itu airnya susah dan kotor lantainya. Tapi cuma di Royal yang menginap seperti di hotel. Fasilitas lengkap dan kamar direct ke pool. Next, saya akan kembali lagi. Meskipun jauh harus naik cidomo dulu. Ada movie night setiap hari.
