The entrance was a bit hard to find, but the rooms were quite new. We booked 7 rooms for the whole family, and the staff informed us that we were being upgraded to the VIP floor (the 6th floor), which has a swimming pool and is quite noisy, so those who aren't extroverted should consider this. The water supply was down from noon until evening, but no staff came to fix it. They instructed us to turn the valve ourselves, but that didn't work either. When staff finally came to fix it, the water pressure was still very low, requiring us to use a bucket to collect the water little by little. The toilet also had no water, so we had to use a bucket to flush. The towels were torn, and the trash can in the bathroom was placed on top of the toilet lid, right above our heads.

The hotel is at the end of the beach and you have to walk a little further to get to the hotel. The room price I booked for 2 days and 2 nights was quite ok, the price was reasonable. The room quality was ok, the shower was a bit weak, the Wifi was also weak, had to use 5G all the time. The service quality was bad, the reception desk had 3 people, 2 young people were quite cheerful but the hotel owner was difficult, spoke harshly to the guests when asking a few things, and showed obvious annoyance‼️. Everyone should consider.

Khách sạn thì sạch sẽ đấy Nhưng khó tìm vì nằm sâu bên trong khu phân lô của FLC 🍀Nhưng tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại lần nữa vì : Ngày tôi tới nhận phòng là thời tiết mưa và rất lạnh , tôi có hỏi lễ tân là chăn để đâu vì trong phòng chỉ có 1 chiếc chăn rất mỏng ( mỏng như một chiếc vỏ chăn vậy ) Lễ tân nói : nếu muốn có chăn thì phải phụ thu thêm 50k ( vì trời lạnh , điều hoà thì bật không lên ( không hiểu vì bên dưới chưa bật atomat hay gì nhưng tôi không bật được điều hoà ) Nên tôi chấp nhận phụ thu 50k để có chăn đắp . 🍀 Vào nhà wc thì chỉ có duy nhất 1 chiếc bàn chải đánh răng . Tôi không dám gọi thêm vì sợ lại bị phụ thu tiếp ( vì phòng tôi bock là phòng dành cho 2 người lớn - 1 trẻ em )

The receptionist took forever to come out. When checking out, I called the phone number but couldn't find the receptionist. I waited too long and had to leave the key on the counter. Bad service. The rest is ok

Khách sạn nên bổ sung giá để dầu gội + sữa tắm trong phòng tắm cho khách. Mình vừa ở phòng 309 và 301. Phòng 309, nước ở vòi tắm hơi yếu. Phòng 301, máy sấy tóc chạy yếu.
