The place was good except the breakfast that start from 7.30 AM and the taste is so so.. The outdoor facility was not maintained well..

Decent, staff is friendly. Just the food needs to be improved.

The water heater wasn't working properly. The technician had to fix it, but the results were still suboptimal. We didn't even dare take a shower because the water was so cold it was like ice water. The bed was also damp and relatively cold. For travelers who like the cold, this is a fun place, but for those who can't stand the cold, it's best not to come here.

the location is on the cliff, the view is beautiful, but the access is quite steep so you need extra energy. the air is very cold, it happened that I took the deluxe, the room is too narrow. friendly waiter.

The room is quite small but clean, pets are allowed, the service is friendly and fast, the mattress + pillows are quite soft. The blanket is given double. Maybe because it is on the mountain so insects often come in.

Hotel-nya benar-benar nyaman. Tempat dan lokasi-nya bagus. Sangat cocok bepergian dengan keluarga maupun pasangan. Ada fasilitas dan hiburan permainan untuk anak. Apalagi yang tipe 3 kamar, sangat bagus. View-nya sangat indah dari atas villa-nya. Namun kekurangan-nya, breakfast-nya sangat-sangat sederhana banget. Sereal-nya pun, susu-nya kurang baik, terlalu encer. Mungkin karena jauh dari kota ya, jadi ya di maklumi saja. Kalau breakfast-nya ditingkatkan, akan sangat baik sekali.

Waktu pas book, baru lihat review dan agak ragu sih karena review negatif, tapi pas menginap ke sini benar-benar puas dan senang banget dan rasanya kurang cuma 1 malam, hotelnya nyaman dan bersih walaupun kecil ukurannya, staff-nya juga ramah-ramah semua, dan yang paling penting pet friendly, benar-benar bakal balik lagi ke sini bawa anabul, yang penting pawrent yang lain jaga kebersihan yaa supaya hotel nature ini bisa terus pet friendly, makasih hotel nature :)

Hotel sangat buruk kamar lobby restoran penuh dengan lalat, sarapan bubur ada lalat sayur ada ulat piring bau apek, kamar jauh dari lobby harus naik turun tangga lemayan capek reception tidak responsif sangat tidak rekomendasi bahkan KTP saya lupa di kembalikan saat check out.

The place was perfect, nice view, nice ambiance. There are some playgrounds like a swimming pool, sliding rainbow, flying fox, ATV, etc. The breakfast is not so many variations, but the taste is OK. Accommodation was nice with a balcony. Not a spacious room, so if you are with children above 8 years old, it is better to take more rooms. The only one that needs to be improved is please add a clothes hanger or even a small wardrobe.

Secara makro, tempat, view bagus, bikin betah suasananya dimana, rombongan anak cucu suka tempatnya, tapi saat sarapan pagi, sangat disayangkan kenapa diperkenankan hewan piaraan diajak makan di meja dan ruang makan tamu, hal ini baru kejadian pertama kali menginap di hotel dan villa yang pernah kami kunjungi, di Indonesia, jadinya bikin tidak nyaman untuk sarapan pagi keluarga.

Akomodasi ini cocok untuk orang-orang yang ingin menginap dekat dengan sunrise point Bromo, di sini terdapat tempat wisata. Nilai (+):-Kamar bersih.-Pencahayaan kamar cukup.-Tersedia balkon/teras yang dapat digunakan untuk santai, ngopi-ngopi. -Breakfast enak, kami menginap di sana 1 malam ada pilihan breakfast Western dan Indonesian, bisa di antar ke kamar/langsung datang ke resto.-Resepsionis ramah. Nilai (-):-Kamar mandi sempat mampet di saluran air.-Jalan menuju Glamping Room terlalu curam turunnya.-Untuk harga resto terlalu overprice tapi tidak di imbangi dengan rasa makanannya. Semoga dapat diperbaiki lagi service dan pelayanannya, terima kasih. 🙏
