The location is close to Ketep Pass, but at night you have to put in a little effort to find dinner... The rooms and spaces have 2 floors so maybe it should be considered again for the elderly...

The twinbeds option could be made easier and cleanliness could be improved.

The rooftop view is really cool, that's a plus point.

Good hotel, you can see Mount Merapi from inside the room which is a plus, also the atmosphere around is very comfortable. The food is varied even though it tastes a bit bland, parking unfortunately there are no guards so it's a bit difficult considering the parking is quite narrow

The view from the room is very okay. The air is cool and cold. No need to use AC. Only the room may not be clean, the TV channels may not function properly. Delicious food, pocket friendly prices.

Alhamdulillah, my family and I really like it. The place is just right. The view is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service is friendly and fast. The room is clean. Overall, it is highly recommended for a staycation.

Strategic location with direct view of the mountain, only for breakfast the taste is not enough, the fried rice is salty, there is not enough variety, especially the drinks are bitter, only mineral water is included.

Tempat menyenangkan buat bersantai dengan keluarga, dikelilingi gunung. Makanan murah dan lumayan. Keluhan hanya 1 kamar mandi selang toilet bocor, jadi kamar mandi basah terus

Friendly staff, good service, clean room and equipment works well. What I like the most is the cafe. The place is nice and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. 👍.

Stayed one night in executive room number 24 got a nice view. Although there was a storm in the afternoon but in the morning could see the mountain quite well. It's just that, at around 1-2 am woken up because of a noisy sound like the cleaning service/room boy was cleaning the next room and also because it was being renovated/built so some spots were leaking that's why maybe the cleaning service often cleaned. Plus because room number 24 is close to the stairs, so footsteps can be heard quite loudly.

Ruangan kecil (mungkin krn homestay) ini sdh ambil type duluxe. Yg sangat mengganggu adalah. Tdk ada wastafel (jadi kalau mau sikat gigi pake air keran kamar mandi 😁. Memang yg dijual ada pemandangan lgs gn merapi, jd hrg lumayan diatas rata2 utk homestay.

Got the room facing merapi mountain. Very majestic mountain and spectacular view. The weather was not too cold for us who live in an area with same altitude, but the air was cleaned and fresh. It was arround 1010mdpl. Hot water functions well 24hours. The food and drinks were all cheap for a hotel. The only downside is the amount of flies entering the hotel rooms. Quite understandable since it is located near vegetable field. They use mostly compost manure. So flies in your room are kind of inevitable.

Merasa senang dan puas dengan pelayanannya dan kenyamananya, sarapan paginya juga enak 👍.

Hotelnya bagus bersih, staff nya juga sangat ramah, hanya di sayangkan saat ada event new year di restonya pengunjung yang menginap tidak bisa pesan makanan lewat room service jika tidak beli paket event nya, dan resto di tutup jam 6 sore. Padahal waktu check in di resepsionis bilang bahwa bisa room service, tapi waktu malam-malam mau pesan gak bisa. Tolong diperbaiki sistem komunikasinya lagi supaya pengunjung tidak kecewa terima kasih.

Rooms are not very spacious. In my opinion the room is not clean. Bed sheets & blankets are brown. The hot water is not too hot even though it is at max.

The location is easy to find. Breakfast with views of Mount Merapi and Merbabu. So nice.
