The room is simply too old. All the furniture is already so old until the color became yellow and there are many stains. Personally, the room rate is not considered cheap. Not worth the price.

This is my first time at this hotel this year because the previous one was fully booked so I stayed at another hotel. And please, management, don't ask the OB to be the receptionist. This is the usual QC complaint handled by this. He pretends to be the technician, then wants to check the outdoor area, but he says it's gone, it's not clear, your AC is set to 18, it's still warm. The receptionist said, "You just came in... so please wait 10 to 15 minutes." She thought he was stupid. And he's never stayed here before. I usually set the AC to 25 to 27, but it's already cold, this is at 18. . . Then I complained again and was replied with letters.

The room I booked was a deluxe room but I was given a superior room but it was very unfit for habitation. There was no refrigerator. There was no electrical outlet at the head of the bed 1, the chair that was there was wet and if you sat on it you would sink into the sponge seat like a broken chair. In the bathroom the bathtub was rusty at the drain hole of the bathtub and at several points inside the bathtub and on the outside edge of the bathtub. Then the curtain in the bathtub was also very dirty and disgusting, making me not want to take a bath. A 4-star hotel but it felt like staying in a 1-star hotel. It's really a shame that I booked a deluxe room but was given a superior room but it was not fit for use. It's like they don't respect me as a guest.

nice view... comfortable room... ok service... but unfortunately the shower often turns off, you have to take a long shower because you have to wait for the water to come out... the toilet is often clogged because the water pressure is low... the breakfast is lacking because I once caught a fish that was fishy and itchy... hopefully it can be improved in the future😇

The receptionist was unprofessional, slow to respond, and even complained to fellow guests in front of guests. When guests wanted to confirm, they were responded to arrogantly and evasively, without even apologizing at all, even though the problem was clearly their fault. The bedsheets were dirty and stained, making me doubt whether they would be replaced or washed. There were no towels in the room, so I had to ask for them first.
