It was a pleasure. From check-in to the lobby, the receptionists were very friendly. The pool area was very comfortable, as were the breakfast area, jogging track, and gym. It was very convenient and the service was very friendly. Grand Mercure Mirama Malang was the best choice for our family.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to everything, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are complete, and the activities are also excellent for children. These include a swimming pool, playground, several animal feeding facilities, including pigeons, chickens, and guinea pigs, and there's even a vegetable garden for harvesting. Highly recommended for a family vacation.
