Everything was good

No air conditioning

The property overall is a good option for the price, staff was nice, there's transport right across the steet and big mall with many options for food and entertainment. Everything was within a walking distance, but the rooms do seem kinda old, bed was not that comfy and the room seemed "sad" if that makes sense. Safe deposit was not working but breakfast was decent. TV had like 8 channels at the most and was not a smart TV.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The AC was not working there was no ventilation what so ever. We had to leave because they couldn't accommodate us in another room with working ac and refused to issue a refund, it was extremely hot and had no options but to look for another property. They don't care all they want is your money.

No AC in rooms and without windows. On top of that they won't refund your money back. Bad customer service. Call before check in or stay somewhere else.

Very conveniently located; lots of dining and shopping options; surrounded by public transportation to all areas of CDMX. The only inconvenient is that is also surrounded by street vendors so food odors are sometimes very strong and streets are crowded.

It is a hotel for sleeping, efficient staff and good location, however, it needs maintenance in some areas and ventilation in the rooms.

I liked everything; the room was spacious for 2 people; clean, quiet. TV service could use a renovation on tv sets and streaming service. Very conveniently located; walkable to many interesting points; also public transportation to any point in the city readily available. Buenavista Forum which offers an array of shopping and dining variety is just across the street!

Very bad costumer service, the key was not working, not clean

Small rooms, no a/c although they offered a fan. Breakfast was good. Gym is a joke. Cleaning people were helpful. Front desk people need to work on better customer service.

Personnel was nice, but every single day I had problem with room key, they couldn’t fix the problem. Also there is no windows in the room and air conditioning was broken.

I visit this hotel often. I like the fact that it is very convenient to find transportation anywhere in the city. Also, it has the forum mall just across the street on which you can find all kind of restaurants and stores. I stayed in the double room and it didn't have enough lighting. They should add some lamps or something in these rooms.

Team professional and kind, extremely clean and nice.

The wifi connection was unreliable in our room which was a problem for us. The bathroom door was designed to not close completely so there was not much privacy if you are sharing a room. All in all, it was a mediocre experience.

Location of the Hotel makes it an easier access point to all the attractions. The hotel is located of the mall with various dining options. The hotel itself doe not have a great choice of breakfast but is located across the street where you can find a great cup of coffee.

Impossible tonget water ,except for daily 300ml bottle they leave in your room. Not even in breakfast there water, only very hot water for tea. The option was to go to a vending machine that only accepts specific old notes, and most of the time the water was sold out.
