This hotel is my first choice when my husband has a business trip to Harkit. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is a bit lacking, and the parking lot is also cramped. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a small cockroach, and I was done. While sitting down for a snack, I encountered a second small cockroach. After showering in the morning, I encountered a third small cockroach in the bathroom. 🤭

Overall everything is okay, it's just that small cockroaches often suddenly appear from who knows where. I have a feeling it's from the drain in the bathroom. Maybe you should pay more attention.

The service was excellent and very friendly. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome snack of sliced fruit. The only downside was the cleanliness. There were lots of baby cockroaches everywhere. Please do a deep cleaning, from the room to the bathroom.
