The room was comfortable, with all the amenities functioning well. However, I think the towels are due for an update, as they're no longer pure white. The food was varied and delicious. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive, and check-in and check-out were quick.

For my first time staying at a Mercure, it was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. It's worth checking out, and I'll definitely repurchase again next time. Unfortunately, the swimming pool needs attention, as there's still sand on the ground floor. Breakfast was quite comprehensive and tasty, and there were board games to keep you entertained if you get bored.

I had the intention of staying not far away and tried a 4-star hotel near my house, but it turned out not to suit me. It seemed inappropriate for a 4-star hotel. The 10-floor corridors smelled bad, there was no typical hotel fragrance, and it was uncomfortable. The breakfast variety was standard hotel standard. The only main buffet meal that day was bland and not very tasty. The only impressive thing was the pool on the top floor, so I could enjoy the city view while swimming. Honestly, I will not stay here again.

for the room is good but for the receptionist is lacking, I asked for room cleaning service when my family and I left the hotel in the afternoon and returned to the room at 7 pm the room was not cleaned even though I had ordered it at the receptionist to be cleaned. I called to have it cleaned I waited for the housekeeping but they didn't come. a bit disappointed so I stayed even though I stayed 2 nights at Mercure Cikokol Tangerang.

Parking is limited, but valet parking is available. Rooms are new and comfortable.

I stayed here because the exam location was at this hotel. The service was great, although the parking area wasn't that spacious, but the staff were very responsive. From security, customer service, and the restaurant staff, they were all friendly and helpful. I happened to be surprised because it was the day before my birthday when I had breakfast at the restaurant. The room view was also amazing. Basically, staying at Mercure is a no-fail option. For the standard Mercure price, yes.. but it's really worth it with the facilities. The location is also in the city center..
