the room is nice, the service is good, the staff is responsive and friendly. but when I stayed the AC was broken (hot), the floor was dusty. suggestion: before the room is used by guests, someone should do quality control on the cleanliness of the room and the function of the room facilities such as TV, AC, sink, etc.

I'm so happy after spending the night on the road to find a hotel with great facilities and a large, clean room, just a few stains. I'll check it again next time if guests come so it's really clean. The place is comfortable, okay, really hommy, suitable for those bringing the family, the service is friendly and fast, the cleanliness is really good. I really like it. It's just that the TV channels are not complete and it's not a smart TV, just a suggestion, next time you can upgrade using a smart TV. Everything is okay.

Kamarnya yang suite sangat bagus dan luas sekali sangat rekom sekali apalagi menginap bersama anak. Model bathtub jacuzzi nya suka banget saya sangat minimalis dan pas ditambah lagi air panas. Pelayanan dan makanan juga enak pas cuma cenderung manis. Ruangan yang privasi ada sekat antara ruang jamu dengan tempat tidur. Yang perlu ditambah fasilitasnya baju kimono, hair dryer, sabun khusus untuk mandi jangan sabun kecil, stik pengaduk minuman. Terima kasih solaris sudah membuat nyaman istirahat disaat lelah perjalanan jauh dari yogya-brebes menuju pulang ke Surabaya. Next trip kita akan menginap di solaris lagi.

Menginap di sini tidak di rencanakan, mencari hotel terdekat dari tol trans jawa karena kami kelelahan terjebak macet. Dapet room suite yang super duper luas sekali. Pun kamar mandinya yang sangat luas. Overall kamar bersih (walaupun di sprei ada noda entah apa itu). Masukan untuk pengelola, mungkin bisa di tambahkan gantungan untuk baju di kamar mandi, dan tempat sabun di area shower, kursi yang proper (jangan kursi plastik) untuk di meja dekat TV, dan celah di pintu kamar mandi bisa di rapatkan plus di kasih kunci (mengantisipasi kalau ada balita yang menginap supaya tidak keluar masuk kamar mandi sendirian).
