I ordered from 18 May 22 for 6 rooms for lodging on 1-3 July 2022. When I arrived at the hotel, I had 5 rooms left. The hotel provided a solution, given 1 room in another hotel which was very far from the hotel I ordered. Arriving there, the replacement hotel has not prepared the intended room. The rooms are used, housekeeping hasn't arrived yet. Please the online agent to give a warning to the hotel like this.

The rooms are clean, the waiters are quite friendly, strategic places, places to eat and buy clothes (if you are stuck) are close, unfortunately the wifi in my room was slow. Overall as a place for 1 night stay at this price it's ok .

For a transit hotel to Karimun, the service is sufficient, but please improve the cleanliness of the toilet and lighting.

Good location. Close to street food and an okay place for transit to cross to Karimunjawa. Quite pricey but apparently that's the cheapest option on Traveloka.
