The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the resort management needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, we were simply directed to the parking area without any directions to the front desk, so we had to find the check-in location ourselves. The check-in process was also quite slow. The water heater in our room wasn't working, even though the resort is located in a cold area and a water heater is essential. We asked the staff for assistance, but the problem wasn't resolved until the next morning, when we were nearing check-out time. Furthermore, the pillows provided were too high, making them uncomfortable and causing a sore neck upon waking. This is a shame, as the location and ambiance of the resort are actually quite good. In my opinion, the current 9/10 rating doesn't reflect the actual situation, and hopefully, in the future, the quality of management, operational services, and room facility checks can be improved to provide a more comfortable guest experience.
