What I like about this hotel is that it always looks clean and well-furnished. The soup I ordered for dinner was delicious. Nice choice for your stay in Surabaya.

I've been here many times, but the decline in quality is really noticeable. From the rooms and bathrooms, which are poorly maintained, to the point where the shower splashes everywhere, making the bathroom easily wet, right up to the front door. Then there's the hotel room service, which takes forever to answer, and the breakfast, which is bland and lackluster. The last time I was here, the breakfast was still good, but now it's different. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon, because this is my go-to emergency hotel when I need it.

I stayed at Aston twice. Check-in was fast and early check-in was possible if the room was ready before 2:00 PM. The front desk was friendly. Room 319 was clean and fragrant. The water was flowing smoothly, and the toilet was safe. You could watch YouTube, so the kids wouldn't be fussy. The lighting was good, and there was a balcony, although it was small. A mini fridge was provided. Breakfast was varied. Check-out was quick.

I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to my destination. The security guard was very helpful with lifting my luggage, as there are stairs leading to the lobby. Breakfast wasn't included because I was staying overnight and leaving early. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit Surabaya, and I'll definitely try the food and swimming. I think the location is strategic.

I was initially given room 502, but it was stuffy, smelly, the refrigerator was dead, and there were cockroaches. I brought a baby, so I asked to change rooms and was given 510, which was fine. I'll upgrade again, please.
