The room came with some unexpected little guests: cockroaches! Aside, the staff was friendly, free parking, the beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Just be sure to pack a can of bug spray!

Good, affordable price but it is a bit far from Chow Kit. Close to the station, still walkable, friendly staff can speak Indonesian, can park the car for drop off. The room is good, there are a few cockroaches, but so far it's okay for me! Will come back again!

Clean,comfy. Strategic location in chow chit vicinity. The drawback is that their online booking system and traveloka was reported to be overbooked at times.

I rented two rooms. The room I occupied, thank God there was no problem. The second room occupied by my friends had a problem. On their last night of staying, someone tried to enter their room at night. They screamed but no one came to help. My friend then called an acquaintance in KL. Then the police came, but the police also did not give a satisfactory response. My friends were very shocked by the incident.

so far everything is fine.. there are only a few points that need to be fixed such as the kettle for cooking hot water is not working well and some of the room lights are almost broken..

Staff nya ramah, hanya saja kamar hotelnya kurang maintenance sepertinya, kebetulan kami dapat kamar yang ada bocoran air AC dan kunci pintu kamar mandinya rusak, need to i. Prove on this side i think, overall it is good to stay here.

The hotel is quite big, there are 3 blocks, I was in block C which is quite far and the passage is quiet at night, in terms of the room it is quite spacious, only from the window facility it cannot be closed completely with the window puller in a broken state. The bathroom is not washed clean, there are still dry hairs on the floor, the lamp that has burned/damaged has not been replaced making the atmosphere of the room gloomy. no foot rub towels are provided for use after leaving the bathroom, and lastly the bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed. Please alert the hotel with issues like this.
