The staff is quite friendly, the rooms are clean.

Only when we checked in there were mosquitoes in our room, other than that it was okay.

The hotel has no elevator, and the keys are standard. The towels are dirty, not white, but blackish. Many parts of the room are damaged. The bathroom has an unpleasant odor coming from the drain, the glass is broken, and there is no curtain separating the shower and toilet. There are no proper clothes hangers, only plastic ones. The floor is covered in sand, and the teapot is dusty. You can't contact the receptionist via the room phone, only WhatsApp, and even WhatsApp isn't answered. Even though I wanted to order a drink from this person, I could WhatsApp the one on the menu posted in the room.

Spacious room. Please fix the shower, the water is leaking from the side of the shower hole. For the price we paid, we should have been able to get coffee/tea sachets in the room.

Strategic hotel in the city center with good price

The room I stayed in had lots of mosquitoes and an unpleasant smell, the floor was dirty and there was a lot of hair loss. Please improve the cleanliness of the room in the future.

I've stayed here many times but this time I was really disappointed because I got a really dirty room, the sheets were really thin like a tofu sieve, lots of cobwebs, lots of hair left, I wanted to complain and I didn't have the energy to go up and down the stairs anymore because I was tired from work and the phone in the room didn't connect.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is small and there is no thermos for coffee in the room. The location is in the city center, with ample parking.

The receptionist was nice, when I first came in I didn't like the room I was in, but I finally asked to move and was allowed to. For 200k it was worth it for a night's stay.

The current condition of the hotel is not the same as the application, it looks like an "old hotel". The blankets are very thin, the room and bathroom are not very clean, there is no mat, when asked they said there was a delay in laundry, but I saw in previous reviews that there was no mat either. There are lots of mosquitoes and small flying animals. The room is not soundproof. The TV is broken. The room phone is not connected.

For the hotel staff is friendly, but the security is not aware, for example if there are guests bringing luggage, at least they will help carry the suitcase, instead they will just stare at it. The room has lots of mosquitoes, insects in the bathroom, cockroaches, damp. The price is indeed cheap. Only under 200K sometimes there are still good places in SBY.
