We had a wonderful family staycation and truly enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful green area surrounding the property. We loved taking morning walks around the hotel, where the environment felt clean, calm, and refreshing. The fresh air, beautiful sunrise, and spectacular view made the experience feel even more special. The hotel itself has a lovely aesthetic touch, with many thoughtful artistic details throughout the property. The facilities were also very family-friendly. The pool was great, and our family really enjoyed spending time there. We were also very impressed by the staff. Their service was excellent, and they were very helpful in accommodating our special requests. We also enjoyed the hotel’s coffee shop. The sandwich menu was great, and the coffee was excellent too. It was a lovely place to relax and added another enjoyable touch to our stay. Spectacular view! There were a few things that could be improved. At times, we could still hear some traffic noise, probably because the hotel is located near a busy intercity route that becomes especially popular during the holiday season. However, this happened only occasionally, and overall the hotel still felt calm and peaceful. The breakfast could also be improved. We noticed that there did not seem to be any beef options, although we were not sure whether this was part of the hotel’s policy. Another small input is the room fragrance. While the hotel has many beautiful artistic touches and feels new in many ways, the scent used in the rooms made it feel more like an older hotel. A fresher, lighter, and more modern fragrance would make the experience feel even more aligned with the hotel’s beautiful design. A special mention goes to Monomono Restaurant, which was truly excellent. It offers a fine dining experience that feels worth the money, with special flavors and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend it. Overall, a great staycation!

After a three-day stay over a long weekend, the breakfast was incredibly unimpressive. Much of the food ran out and wasn't refilled until breakfast was closing time. This was beyond expectations, as the hotel failed to handle this carefully. In my experience at any 5-star hotel, the food was always fully refilled, even close to closing time, without ever running out. Hopefully, this will serve as a valuable lesson for future evaluation.

My stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung is incredible. The rooms are modern, the valley views are stunning, and the vibe is pure relaxation. My top tip: block out 2 hours from one of the mornings just to explore the hotel, it has an amazing garden and a cafe with a view that helps set the relaxing vibe for the day to come.

A very pleasant experience.. the children were very happy.. All the facilities were okay.. Every corner of the hotel room smelled good.. The staff were friendly.. Thank you Gaia.. this holiday was happy for the children..

The hotel, its facilities, and staff are excellent, but several areas need improvement. The food quality and selection were disappointing—I went to bed hungry because there were very few options for international guests, with the menu being overwhelmingly Indonesian and lacking variety. Housekeeping also requires attention, as hair and insects were visibly present in the room day after day. Additionally, the drinking water provided is not from a recognized bottled water brand, which falls short of expectations for a hotel of this standard.

Very nice stay, services, and hospitality up to its name (luxury 5-star hotel). Often fully booked for a reason. Family-friendly because they offer lots of facilities for kids. Don’t forget to try their spa Sepik, price very reasonable and their massage was so good!!!

I stayed in the duplex room for 2 days. Overall, it was great, but I wasn't informed about the Wi-Fi access (perhaps I should have asked or I missed something, but it would be better if it were provided proactively). As for the food, the variety and taste were just average. I checked in at 2 pm and could access the room at 3.20 pm (3 pm is the check in time)
