The staff on WhatsApp and Instagram are very slow to respond.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly when guests made complaints and overall experience less pleasant. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the advertised swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not operational during my stay. Additionally, the water supply in the room was lacking—there were issues with water pressure, which is a basic necessity. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both the service and facilities.

The room was not spacious as shown while I made a booking. It was stated 35m2, in reality, it might be around 20-24m2. Swimming pool cannot be used on my 2nd and 3rd day of stay. The room was cleaned every 3 days. On the 5th day, the water debit on my room was very small, but they could manage it immediately in 1 hour. Water dispenser on every floor was an added value for this hotel.

The room is quite clean, and suitable for those who want a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

A highly recommended place to stay for the Denpasar city area, strategic & easy to find halal food stalls around the location, close to large & small supermarkets.

A little disappointed. First, the receptionist rarely stays there. Second, the bed sheets are stained and the pillow cases are moldy. Third, the balcony terrace is dirty with lots of dirt. And the service is lacking. When we wanted to enter the room, they saw our suitcases being lifted by themselves instead of helping us. My husband was immediately annoyed by the minimal service.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, close access to everywhere, recommended place for family vacation.
