If it's for transit, it's okay, but a bit far from places to eat, otherwise it's okay, clean, food is quite good, reception staff are friendly

I stayed at The 101 CBC Airport and was very satisfied with my experience. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with adequate amenities. The location is also strategically close to the airport, making it convenient for guests with early morning or late evening flights. The peaceful atmosphere allows for a good rest. Overall, my stay here was very pleasant. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable accommodations with excellent service.

From the start, the receptionist was polite, courteous, friendly, and warm. It's been a long time since I've encountered a male receptionist who seemed so passionate about their job, regardless of the guest. (To the man on duty on September 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM, you're amazing.) I forgot to look up his name. And it proved to be a bargain, even for this price... a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a very comfortable stay. Plus, the chamomile tea in the coffee shop was great. And what was memorable was that when I returned, I asked for a scale, and the receptionist helped me weigh my suitcase again. It was the best. For those of us who travel far, simple services like this are essential, so for those of us traveling long distances, this hotel is highly recommended, especially for the shuttle service, which was very efficient. Thank you. My experience at this hotel was truly memorable, thank you. Just a small note: there was some dust accumulated in the corner of the room near the window seat. I might have missed it because it was a bit distracting when I lifted the chair, but it was offset by the exceptional service from our arrival to our departure to the airport. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Check-in, check-out was fast even though it was just a transit, came home in the middle of the night, the place is very friendly, and it's very clean, great.

Comfortable and easy access to the airport with the hotel's free shuttle.

There is not enough water in the thermos to make baby milk.. there is no play for the child.

I stayed in Sky Suit. They provide bicycles for your family to go around the neighborhood. The hotel is near Soekarno Hatta International Airport, which is great for staying a night before the flight if you don't want to get stuck in Jakarta traffic or stay for a night after a long-haul flight.

Nice and clean. There's a balcony and airport transfers too. Unfortunately, the food isn't very varied.

Great hotel, affordable prices, but traffic noise and neighbors a bit noisy. Pool area was great. The restaurant at the roof top was nice. Overall it's great, definitely will come back. Hands up to the service. Keep it up all the goods.
