🙂 the staff is very friendly, we were welcomed very warmly, with a welcome drink, strategic location, quiet, very spacious standard room, very delicious breakfast and drinks. very good wifi,🤩 😌 I was a little disappointed with the room booking that arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the room was said to be full even though I booked on December 29, 2024, while the receptionist showed proof of booking in my name, it was correct, but why was the room given to the KTP in the name of Ardian, that was not the name of the booking, it was someone else's name that did not match the proof of booking, which was not my name, I was told to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, even though my trip was quite far from Badung, the reason from the receptionist in the name of Ardian had booked on December 20, and that proof was not shown to me, with an apology from all the staff, I finally felt guilty with the word sorry, finally I accepted the offer of a blocked room to be used/occupied by me, because it was canceled it did not apply or looked for a hotel around all full, and I also did not forget to thank the staff who were willing to make hot water for bathing because the hot water shower was not working, I suggest that in the future to be more careful and professional so that it does not happen again with other guests 🫰🫶

Please provide lighting on the access road to the hotel which is dark like a forest area at night because it is very scary in the dark.

We booked this property for four nights. Upon arriving, the attendant was great. She has earned our one star for the property. It's an A-frame rental property, and it sounded like we had a gecko inside at the very top of the ceiling, but we could not see it. When it made its notorious call, it sounded as if it was in the room with us. I don't know when the last time this rental was used because there was wood dust on the pillows and the blankets. Being already late upon arrival, we decided to stay through the night and see how we felt in the morning. After our return from dinner this first night, we realized there was a leech moving along the corner of the wall toward the ceiling coming out of the drain pipe. There was also a good sized poop on the floor in the bathroom that we began discussing and guessing where it could have come from. Due to the size, I felt it had to have been the gecko. Washing up at the sink in the bathroom, I realized my feet were getting just as wet as my hands, it was leaking heavily. We did sleep well exhausted from our drive and didn't hear the gecko again. The morning breakfast and exterior of the room had flies like I had never seen before. We attempted our breakfast at the tables next to the pool, which is beautiful, but with the flies, we realized we could not eat there without us possibly being carried off food and all. Afterward, we went out to see the area. Upon our return, possibly 6 hours later, we realized more gecko poop on the bed, which looks like it could have dropped from that ceiling of the A-frame. As we stepped outside among the flies and ants to discuss this poop on the bed and to decide on how we should move forward with three more nights to go in such a place we noticed the gecko outside above the doorway one eye staring at the clouds and the other eye staring at us. That was the last straw, and we decided to leave, explaining our decision to the apologetic attendant.

The bedroom above is nice and clean, unfortunately the ladder to the bedroom above is very risky because there is no handhold.

Airnya mati pagi-pagi saat kita perlu ke toilet. Konsep toiletnya dibangun lebih tinggi dari lantai jadi kaki menggantung jauh dari lantai, shower jetnya jauh dari toilet jadi susah pakai. Di dalam kamar ada tangga ke atas atap dan tidak ada pintu penutup ke atap jadi angin masuk dari atas. Kebersihan dan pemeliharaan bangunan tidak bagus. Hanya ada 1 tangga menuju 3 kamar di lantai 2 jadi tamu lain lalu lalang dari balkoni kamar kita, untuk harga 480.000 ini sangat tidak worth.

Staf ramah baik sekali Mbak-Mbak nya pelayanan yang diberikan sangat bagus. Liburan sangat menyenangkan dengan menginap di Bungalo. Terima kasih banyak Sandan Agro Resort 😘🙏

Kamarnya rapi bersih dan worth it

Akses menuju lokasi dekat jalan raya hanya 1km. Tapi sayang ada kubangan pas sudah mau sampai dan menurut saya ini mengganggu, apalagi jika hujan:(. Untuk kamar lumayan bersih, kamar mandi bersih, sayang air panas tidak ada atau rusak entahlah. Nanya dijawab tunggu 5 mnt, 10 mnt br bisa tapi ternyata tidak nyala juga, jadi terpaksa mandi air dingin. Untuk sarapan sesuai foto saya, dan bonus boleh petik jeruk di sekitar lokasi hotel. Staff ramah dan membantu.

Menurut ku untuk harga segini di kintamani udah oke banget, walaupun kamar mandi mayan bikin was was karena keliatan dari luar tapi its okay. Untuk yang motoran mesti hati-hati karena jalan masuk menurun tajam dan lumayan jauh masuk ke dalam. So far okay lah.

Pas nginep air nya ga ada alias macet. Jalannya kecil sekali. Sarapannya hanya pisang goreng ama teh/kopi aja. Tidak ada ac tapi untungnya daerah dingin. Agak kotor … gelap dikelilingi batang jeruk.

Nyaman kamarnya, pelayanan ramah.

Lumayan, hanya saja parkiran nya sempit, dah air kolam nya tidak bisa di gunakan.

Harga nya agak sedikit lebih tinggi di banding kan kualitas kamar yang biasa saja.

Staff ramah, tapi untuk terima konfirmasi lewat telepon respon nya lama.

Bungalow nya enak, sarapan pisang gorengnya enak, hanya minusnya parkiran minim dan lokasi di sisi kanan jalan, sehingga ga bsa langsung liat view Gunung Batur, pelayanan ramah dan baik sekali. Udara dingin, banyak lalat di pagi hari tapi memang Kintamani semua begitu tidak hanya di penginapan ini saja. Tapi semuanya bagus bersih dan wangi.

Cool, clean, close to the viral minimarket, at most 10 minutes. The room is big. Note, if you come here, don't go backwards, just take the main road ahead, 5 minutes.

Service is okay, rooms are also pretty good.

I got a room next to the water pump, the sound was really noisy. The room was really dirty, the toilet mat looked like it had never been replaced for 1 year. Switches are also dangerous. So I immediately checked out without staying overnight.
