Booked a room for kids. When I entered the bathroom, it smelled really bad and had urine... like it hadn't been cleaned. I tried contacting the receptionist to ask for a re-cleaning, but the response was very slow. I also asked for a room change, but they didn't give me one. I was disappointed with the condition of the room... I really didn't expect to get a room like that. Next time, it should be cleaned thoroughly before guests check in and at least sprayed with air freshener so it doesn't smell musty and the bathroom should also be freshened. For a hotel of this class, the room quality should be better.

Booked a room with a seaview... the price was quite expensive because it was a weekend, I got it for 1.1 million. The AC wasn't cold enough and the floor felt a bit damp. The breakfast wasn't very varied and the taste was just average, nothing special. It's not worth booking with breakfast. It's better to book without breakfast. Because at 100K/pax, it's quite expensive compared to the variety and taste of the food.

Good hotel with budget price. Location to harbour for boat to Mentawai. Food markets across the road. Very good seafood restaurant next door.

The service at the hotel is not good, and the car park has to be exposed to hot rain. The car park is not in the hotel area. The car park is across the street from the hotel. When it rains, we park our car in the rain on the way to the hotel.

Homecoming tradition: always staying here first. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view right from our window, waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the endless blue was simply magical. 🌊 The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with warm wooden touches and cozy lighting. The bed was super comfortable, and the extra sofa area was perfect for relaxing with the kids. Everything felt calm and peaceful, ideal for a family escape. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back again! ❤️

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were excellent. The most impressive thing was that the staff were unfriendly, didn't smile, and seemed indifferent when welcoming guests during check-in and check-out. The wife was also slow.

The location of the hotel is good because it is on the beach, especially if you take a room with a beach view... So nice.

The rooftop is a comfortable and very aesthetic place, but there is no restaurant that provides food and drinks (snacks)
