The hotel staff is very friendly and very polite and the rooms are comfortable and nice.

Not as conducive and clean as before, probably due to poor maintenance.

Always a regular when seeking medical treatment in Manado, I definitely stay here. Recommended.

The minimalist room concept is good and comfortable for sleeping, only there are no chairs in the room. For cleanliness, please pay more attention because the sheets have spots and smell (sp. A) like they haven't been washed and there are also lots of leg hair or something on the towels, no soap was given so I didn't take a shower. And I really regret asking for 1 spoon but it wasn't given because the room didn't include breakfast, even though I wanted to use it to feed my child. For the others, it's good, the staff is also friendly, the security is good

Cleanliness needs to be maximized, facilities are sufficient, I got a room with a balcony door but it can't be locked. Overall it's okay

The room space is too small, the closet is a bit dirty and the bathroom is too close to the bedroom. There is no coffee/tea provided in the room and I happened to meet an unfriendly officer. Sorry to say 🙏
