Clean rooms, friendly staff and recommended for another stay in Manado.

when checking in from the hotel it was late and we had to wait 1 hour with the reason that the room was not ready but when checking out it had to be on time

The best, the rooms and space are clean at all times, the friendliness of the staff is also the best.

The hotel water is small and sometimes dirty, outside it is all safe

I stayed here for 2 nights, and when I was about to check out, I almost got charged because the toilet door was a bit broken..even though it was already broken when I entered the room..I didn't think about it, I'd rather take a photo first so it wouldn't be a problem when checking out. Just a suggestion for the staff, especially housekeeping, if you check the room after a guest has checked out, be more careful so that an incident like what happened yesterday doesn't happen to you...
