I didn't have time to take photos of the room. Overall, the room was as pictured, but entering the room was a bit scary. The sheets still had stains. The room was very clean, but there was no hot water. The service was friendly. I'll only share the front view of the hotel, as I couldn't find it on Google, even in previous reviews.

When checking in, there were no towels available, the AC was not cold enough.

The hotel staff is very nice, 1000% recommended hotel.

The hotel staff could be more helpful when lifting luggage because there is no lift in the hotel, so when you get a room upstairs you have to go back and forth lifting a lot of luggage, especially for rooms etc., it's already good.

The place is very hygienic, close to restaurants and supermarkets + the staff are very friendly.

There is no good air circulation. The room smells of cigarettes (even though I asked for a non-smoking room). Couldn't sleep all night because the room was stuffy. Other than that, it's okay, the staff is willing to help.

The staff was very unfriendly when checking out, they only looked at my suitcase and didn't help me carry it, the toilet smelled of shit even though it wasn't anything, the table had lots of burn marks from cigarettes. Very disappointed and don't want to go there again

Not comfortable, I ordered a deluxe room but the contents were like superior, the bed cover was not changed. The room is not airtight, lots of ants, just a suggestion, provide soffel.

It's difficult to make coffee because the hot water is quite far from the room and the gallon of water often runs out because it's not checked regularly.

For good rooms, they are quite clean but need to be improved a little, my advice is to maintain cleanliness in front of the hotel because usually the first impression is when we first enter, maybe you can put up pots with flowers in front of the hotel to make it look nice because yesterday when we arrived at the front of the hotel we thought that's not the hotel, thank you 🙏.
