I really really enjoy staying 3 nights in this hotel, the staffs are very helpful and friendly, the location is so strategic in the city center..will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Yogyakarta.

If you go to Yogyakarta, this 5-star hotel is highly recommended..., from checking in the hotel is fragrant until checking out, the location is close to everywhere, food, cleanliness, hotel atmosphere, live jazz music is very good... First time coming to the hotel and the receptionist was very nice and friendly, I just forgot to see her name, but it turns out all the staff are also friendly, there are many instagrammable photo spots, the room is clean, neat, fragrant and comfortable.... basically, it's my first experience staying here and it's highly recommended, thank you Artotel suite bianti

Entering the lobby, you are immediately greeted by a relaxing aroma, the welcome drink and cake are delicious, the staff are friendly, the gym is quite complete, the pool is too small for a hotel ⭐5, the bidet water in the children's room smells even though it has been used several times, the AC is very cold, the request for a slice of cake for the child because it was graduation day was immediately noted, the best of all is the breakfast is delicious and has many variations, you can get a hotel discount voucher for several cities. Even though I only stayed for one night (but the kids stayed for 3 nights) it was very enjoyable. There are memories of staying here, because when the kids were still little and it was still called Hotel Aston, every time I went to Yogya I always stayed here. Even before covid. The service is good and clean. The green area is also comfortable, I also had a chance to chat with the park staff Suggestion: if possible, add orchids to the green area to make it look even more beautiful

Nice hotel, strategic location.

The location is quite far from the center of Malioboro.

A very child-friendly family hotel, excellent service with a very complete and delicious variety of food.

The hotel staff are all friendly & very helpful. The rooms are not soundproof enough so guests in the next room can also be heard in the corridor. Just a suggestion, the lights in the room should not be dimmed at all so that guests who want to read can be comfortable with bright lights. The breakfast variety is lacking for a 4 star hotel, the menu is the same every day & the food is not hot like chicken porridge, lontong sayur. The taste of the food is actually good, but because it is served not hot enough, it is not very tasty. Overall the hotel is okay, only the breakfast food needs to be followed up again

At check in the room was not ready even though we arrived at the hotel at 15.30 pm. The hotel should have been aware that guests checking in at 14.00 the room should be ready, there is no excuse if the guests are full. Luckily we didn't wait long because the room was ready & got a clean room. What I like is the soap along with the shampoo & conditioner, the scent is so good that I asked for more from the staff & was given. All the staff are friendly & very helpful. Overall the hotel is okay

I have tried staying at several hotels in the surrounding area. And Artotel Suites Bianti is one of the best in my opinion. The location is strategic, adequate car parking, the staff is responsive and helpful. The food is delicious, although I hope it can be more varied in the future. Will stay here again if I go to Jogja. Hopefully it will be better in all aspects.
