When checking in, we met the admin in the front lobby, not in his office, we were not directed to his office but instead chatted outside. In our opinion, this is a poor way of welcoming guests. From there we were immediately taken to room 10C on the floor. 2, when I asked where the swimming pool was, he said "I don't know, I'm still new." hahaha. Admin chat is also useless, there is no follow up. In this area there is no prayer room, let alone a mosque, it is not suitable for Muslims. Seeing that the room was quite narrow, there were no towels, the message was to be delivered but in fact it wasn't. The TV can't turn on, he said he wanted help from the admin tomorrow morning but he didn't come. What's worse, at night the admin's knocking disturbed our sleep, he said he wanted to fix the wifi which was centered in our room. Getting in and out of the apartment is complicated because you have to have access, you ask the security guard instead you are told to ask the admin. The next day when we wanted to shower there was no water at all, we ended up showering in the swimming pool area where we had to find the area ourselves, quite far on foot. When checking out, paying for parking is really expensive, 49 thousand, it should be free for overnight guests, or at least there is a maximum fee, not calculated per hour. This fix was the worst experience of our stay.
