I have paid. But I can't get in. Because check in is after 00.00. The service is really bad. There is no solution. An example of a bad hotel.

The place is very close to the airport, only 30 minutes if there's no traffic jam to the airport, because it's a bit of a detour to the airport. Kurohouse Aeropolis is located behind Soetta Airport. If Soetta airport has an entrance from the back, it only takes at least 5 minutes to arrive. The place is cozy, clean, & for that price it's worth it. There is Android TV entertainment also in the room. Then below there are various and cheap places to eat. There is also a laundry if you want to wash clothes. So, overall it's great for those who want to transit or stay for a few days at a time. 👍.

Sampai ditempat dikenakan charge lagi, dengan dalih weekend harga naik. Mana kamar sempit, kotor kaya bekas dipake ads bekas bercak-bercak cairan di selimutnya. Lemari russak, Wi-Fi mati kaya dibatasin gak lagi-lagi dah, cukup sekali.

Sampe lokasi suruh nunggu lama karena kamar penuh semua dan abang nya kurang terima kalo check in cuma bayar 100rb an padahal mereka sendiri yang pasang harga segitu di aplikasi, akhirnya di lempar ke room orang lain yang ready dan malah dimintain biaya tambahan.

Kamar tidak sesuai dengan gambar, lemari rusak, badcover sudah tidak nyaman.

The next day when we wanted to shower there was no water at all, we ended up showering in the swimming pool area where we had to find the area ourselves, quite far on foot. When checking out, paying for parking is really expensive, 49 thousand, it should be free for overnight guests, or at least there is a maximum fee, not calculated per hour. This fix was the worst experience of our stay.

Saya datang dari jam 2.15 baru dapat kamar jam 5.10 sampai kamar pintu akses tidak ada, kamar bau rokok, pas masuk TV dalam keadaan menyala (seperti baru saja ada yang check out), sprei belum diganti, handuk basah, pintu WC tidak bisa di kunci, WC duduk tidak bisa di gunakan, jadi kalo mau BAB tidak bisa.
